The atmosphere was what it was but I got a little annoyed that when I stepped up to the pick up counter, the barista (a young black male) instantly stated “DoorDash is over thurr” 🙄 I work in finance, wearing dress slacks, dress shoes and a sweater. I just want to give a big thank you to the staff at this Starbucks. They are always so kind, patient, and professional, no matter how busy it gets. Their positive attitudes honestly make my day better, and it’s clear they put real effort into customer service. This location truly stands out because of the people who work here. Keep up the amazing work!
So Starbucks started charging for extra matcha. But the thing is matcha is being made so inconsistently across different locations. Some make it strong enough ( as it should be, and as shown on the advertisement - normal green color ! ), but most nake it very very weak and its almost pale.
