Applebee's Grill + Bar offers good food, although some customers feel it tastes like microwave food. The service is efficient, with friendly and assertive staff members. While the vegetarian options are limited, the parking area has plenty of space, though the lot is in horrible shape with pot holes. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, featuring ramps and tables. Despite some cleanliness issues, such as food pieces on the floor, the welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service make it a place worth revisiting. Customers have noted that despite busy times and kitchen staff shortages, the staff remains upbeat and works hard to provide a great experience. The BIG Bacon Classic Cheeseburger is praised for being hot and tasty, and the Riblets plate offers a nice portion for a meal or shared appetizer. Applebee's in Clinton is recommended, especially during busier times, and the manager’s follow-up shows that they care about guest experiences.
