“I recently visited Arby’s and had a very pleasant experience while placing my order inside the restaurant. The staff member who assisted me was exceptionally patient, kind, and attentive. He carefully listened to my order and, at the end, repeated everything back clearly and professionally to ensure accuracy.

Our sandwiches were expertly prepared and came out perfect. Although some of the exterior signage lights appear to be out, going inside instead of using the drive-thru turned out to be a far better experience.

I truly appreciated the professionalism and quality of service during my visit, and I look forward to returning again in the future.“
