Many of the one-star reviews are outdated here, situation has improved with new management and employees, could always change but food is always fresh, is never handled with bare hands and its especially not having any half-filled cups, it's always filled to the brim. Always willing to own up to their mistakes by offering extra free products or otherwise. Overall, just a huge difference from a lot of these negative reviews as of the time of this review's posting. Today is the first time I have heard of Auntie Anne's. I thought I would give it a try, but after reading the comments, I decided this does not seem like someplace I would want to eat.

If you get fresh pretzels, then they're great. If you don't, then they're meh. I get heartburn every time I eat there, also. I much prefer Chikfila's lemonade to Auntie Anne's. Also, prepare to spend a ton. 3 pretzel bites, 2 medium drinks and 3 dipping sauces = $24!!!!
