I have never had a visit here that was anything less than stellar. This is one of those places that I drag friends to when they visit town, and it's my personal favorite breakfast destination in Columbia. I went to beet box when passing through Columbia on a road trip over six months ago and I still think about how good the food was. It’s a four hour drive from me and I frequently consider it just to go back there. This restaurant is easily the best thing to ever happen to Columbia, Missouri. The chicken shawarma…. TO DIE FOR. Plus I always look forward to going on Fridays for the new donut of the month flavor. The prices are fair for a reflection of the fresh and locally sourced ingredients they use; You can really taste the difference. If you’re going: TRY THE FRIES, and ask what cool new syrup flavors they have (handmade) for coffee. That’s all my advice!
