We were passing through Columbia on a road trip. We wanted a quick meal that wasn't fast food.Carlito's was delicious. I suspect there was a system malfunction as only tacos were available, the soda machines were not working, and they only took cash. Some obstacles are unavoidable. They handled it with excellent customer service and offering free cans of soda.The tacos were absolutely delicious. I would certainly eat here again for the delicious, fresh food and friendly service.
Not a fan of their hours. Not open on the weekends. Difficult to get to but worth it. Their food has cilantro but you can ask for it to be without. I do love their burritos.Dietary restrictions: They were able to make it the way I needed to accommodate for my allergies.

One of my favorite lunch spots for sure. I always get the rolled taco plate and love it. I promise you their kitchen is cleaner than any other restaurant in Columbia. I would highly recommend them and love bringing people here.
