Service and atmosphere amazing. Food was reasonable priced and tasted good as well. I will be making a return trip when I am back in town.

I had lunch from their food truck in Jefferson City today and it was better than I anticipated. I got the chips and queso and it had a more authentic flower of mixed Mexican cheeses and homemade chips. I also got a tacos Maria's and it had a great flavor combination and all of the ingredients tasted fresh. I would get food from them again. I wanted to try the loaded nachos or carnitas nachos after seeing some other people with them, but it is quite a bit of food I wouldn't be able to finish and I knew I couldn't reheat it without getting soggy. I may try it next time because i regret not trying it.

Went for lunch today and wasn’t impressed with the service and not completely impressed with the food. Upon walking in, there were 2 people waiting for food orders, and no one behind the desk to greet people or seat them and no waiters or waitresses were seen. There was 1 couple at a booth in the entire restaurant. We were sat after 5 minutes of waiting in an empty restaurant. The chips tasted stale and weren’t worth continuing to eat. The tacos served however tasted great. My friend & I had to get our own to-go boxes and had to get the attention of a cook that we finally saw walk by that we were ready for our checks. After 5 minutes go by of telling the cook, our waitress came by with our checks. At this time it was only us, and a single lady eating by herself. Service is really lacking lately at Casa Maria’s.

I did a delivery order yesterday for their caldo de Mariscos soup($14.79) which should come with shrimp, scallops, tilapia, and vegetables inside and then a side of rice. What I received was a soup full of just imitation crab and no rice. I had even ask for extra limes on the side and not one piece of lime came with the order. I can’t stress enough how disappointing this order was. Because it wasn’t just that they forgot to put certain things in the order. It was the fact that they clearly were deceiving with the soup. Instead of the soup containing the correct seafood in it they chose to put something completely different in it. as a customer you expect to receive exactly what you paid for and if for whatever reason, they don’t have what you order than they should have contacted me instead of keeping my money & sending me something I did not order. I would have respected them more for letting me know and then giving me the option to either order something else or just get my money back then doing what they did! no effort on their part at all to service their customer properly!

It was very different from most Mexican restaurants that I’ve been to. There is considerable weight time for food, but given that they were extremely busy and the place was packed I guess that’s about normal we had tacos. My friend had a burrito and it was all very tasty. The server was pleasant. I’m poor person long time even came back and asked if we wanted dessert.

The food was good and you get a lot. Easily could split between two people. I would go again.

I posted a review on Google and the owner response to the review was incorrect... Original review stated the deception of pricing to where the owner replied with i must have been looking at the lunch which is INCORRECT... The menu price is NOT the price you end up paying when ordering dinner selections...While they have wonderful food its disappointing that they won't take responsibility for charging more than the listed menu price! I have my receipt which proves this

The food was AMAZING, BUT the prices on the menu that you have to scan with your phone (if you want a menu) are NOT correct, we found that out when we went to pay the bill! Alcohol is NOT being served at this time is what we were told so dont plan on getting any margaritas and double check the prices before ordering

Great Food & Exceptional Service!

After a disappointing experience at another local spot, we decided to give this Mexican restaurant a try — and we’re so glad we did! The service was fantastic from start to finish, and we received our food in just 15 minutes.

I ordered the chimichanga, and it was absolutely delicious — crispy, flavorful, and loaded with all the right toppings. My sister ordered the tamales, and while they were a bit different from the homemade tamales we’re used to in California (The Golden State), they were still tasty. The marinated pork was tender and well-seasoned, though she wasn’t expecting the additional marinade and dressing.

Oh my gosh, I’m loving the decor inside this place! The artwork is gorgeous, and this sign had me cracking up — “As for me and my house, we will serve tacos. Fiesta 24:7” 😂 Absolutely perfect!

Overall, we’re happy with both the food and service. Definitely a great place to enjoy a flavorful Mexican meal in town!

The vibe, the food, and the service were all on point. Definitely coming back for more!

I just had dinner at Casa Maria, and I’m honestly torn. The food was really good—flavorful, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. They clearly know what they’re doing in the kitchen.

That said, the service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I walked in, let the staff know I wanted to sit outside, and they told me to sit wherever I wanted. After that, it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to come out and take my drink order. When she did, she brought chips and salsa, but spilled salsa on the table and didn’t clean it up. The salsa container itself had it dripping down the sides, and the chip bowl had dried salsa stuck to it.

When I finally got my drink, I noticed food stuck on the inside of the glass after taking a few sips. I let the waitress know and she brought me a new one. The new glass still wasn’t the cleanest it could have been but at least whatever was on it was on the outside.

It’s frustrating because the food really was great, but the slow service and multiple cleanliness issues made the whole experience feel off. If this is what’s visible in the dining area, it makes you wonder about the kitchen. I’d consider going back for the food—but only if they seriously tighten up the front-of-house experience.

This food is top notch, I have a ton of food, allergies. And they have never had an issue fulfilling them through my Uber requests.

This is my second time ordering the chicken fajitas, and they are super super good. The veggies are super fresh, the chicken is very well marinated, and is honestly a great bang for your buck. The portion size for the money you pay is very generous.

I ordered five orders of extra tortillas, three orders of chips, three orders of salsa, and the chicken fajitas. And in total it came out to $26. Not a bad deal in my eyes at all.

The food will easily feed me for two or three days.

If you have the chance to stop by here while coming through Columbia, I highly recommend it. The food and Atmosphere will easily blow you away.
