Casa Maria's was an amazing culinary experience. A fun and colorful atmosphere set the stage for the best fajitas I have ever had the privilege of enjoying. They serve a wide variety of food and drink, and my entire family loved our time there together. They provided excellent service, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Casa Maria's in Columbia, MO! You won't he disappointed!

And there it is. The fall of the BOGO Chicken Fries. A meal so great, so cheap, so reliable. A meal that my family purchased several times a week since August. A meal we were excited for. The crunch of the fries, the wet queso, the beautifully cut chicken. All gone. Now, I cannot wrap my head around paying $15 for one of these, but oh boy if I was in a different tax bracket I would. I ran the numbers, my family has spent $620 on Casa Maria’s Chicken Fries since August. And now, moving forward, that number will become 0. But oh, how I will miss it. I will dream of you, Casa Maria’s BOGO Chicken Fries. I hope we one day meet again.

Edited to respond to manager: 573? I called and ofcourse you weren’t available to receive my clarification as to what I was trying to say. If you can’t understand a review, maybe you shouldn’t be in charge of them.

I was craving Mexican Elotes, obviously I seen they had a picture of corn on the cob advertised (has now been removed) as well as showed “elotes” on their menu. And it looked super delicious I had to go in. I GET THERE TO order was I seen online and they were so confused as to what I was talking about??? They said they don’t have corn on the cob and they don’t serve any of that. They had one that came in a tiny bowl. It was okay but not worth the price for the amount.

I wasn’t as hungry more like cravings, but I did order -enchiladas-

They were cold and not pleasing to the eye. I asked for an exchange and server was kinda rude.

Won’t be returning…

This is a review for the food truck so as it doesn’t have its own page here I am. Honestly was expecting better. I had the tacos they had two options I tried both with chicken. They both just missed any part of a good taco. Flour tortilla for starters no flavor and one was covered in a white sauce but it was so wet it poured out and was just soggy at best. Again zero flavor or anything. I would have been happy with a solid celantro and onion not all the pickeled onions and tomatoes. Also but just as important the guacamole was very bland and had very little avocado in it. Also the chips were super hard so maybe stale or just over cooked. That might be a preference as I like the thin chips vs the hard thicker ones. You get one little thing of an okay at best Verde sauce also so yea not the best. Prices were good just wish the food was better.

I had the salmon with avocado salad, it was so fresh and wonderful. My husband had the Arroz Cozmel full of seafood and garden veggies. Two dishes we've never had at any other Mexican restaurant before. Loved the music, atmosphere and decor. It was fun and lively. Our server Manny was very friendly and helpful in helping us try something new.

A mexican restaurant that actually has Mocktail options, they were amazing. I had the Lemon drop and my husband had a Mangonada...brought us back to Mexico! We started off with a queso fundido..the chorizo was so good. I had the seafood stuffed poblano pepper and the chipotle sauce was delicious. My husband had a shrimp pineapple bowl. Everything was so fresh. We were greeted as soon as we came in and sat. Food and drinks were above average. The manager came around and gave us suggestions regarding Columbia. She was very nice and helpful. The music and the vibe was creative and fun. Made for the best date night. Can't wait to visit again!
