4 stars based on everything tasting great--the Green Curry with Chicken was bright with the right amount of sweetness, the fried potstickers came with 2 different sauces (both good) and the white rice was, well white rice. But it had the right amount of stickiness and wasn't under or overcooked. The curry consistency seemed a bit thinner than I'm used to, but every place does things a bit different. The only thing that held me back from 5 stars was the entrée portion size. The dinner portion seemed more like a lunch portion--I could have easily eaten almost twice as much, but huge portions are usually not what Thai places are known for, I suppose. Maybe I'll order two next time. Would recommend.

You definitely get what you pay for here. Fired rice and noodles were really good, as well as the Crab Rangoon.

Awesome Thai food in heart of pasadena only thing there missing for a Thai restaurant is chicken satay and peanut sauce.

This isn't Pad Thai. I don't know what this is. Have had Thai in over 30 states and 8 countries. From food truck to hole-in-the-wall to upscale. This tastes like nothing. No flavor. No peanut or lime. No fresh garnish. Maybe one piece of protein the size of my thumbnail. A microscopic scallion or two. It's just a bunch of oily noodles that taste like nothing. I would be offended but I'm just baffled. Was I pranked? I don't know what this is. How do you charge money for this and call it Thai food? Can confidently say this is worst Thai I've ever had. Don't eat here.

Enjoyed the green curry. Will be back to try other menu items. Service was excellent.

I enjoy Thai food and this place really disappoints. The food was very salty with no Thai taste or flavors. It tasted like everything was just seasoned with salt. We did not eat it. Save your money. If you never had Thai food this may taste okay to you. We do not plan to eat here again.

Awesome food!! Amazing service!!! Just above and beyond kindness. This place knows what it means to be a good human.

Overall really not a fan. Both the massaman and green curries were so salty that they were nearly inedible.

I walk in the girl says hi and sits behind the counter and looks at her phone, walks right by me standing there does not ask if I need anything, puts on a coat and goes out to smoke. Since when did smoking a cigarette is more important than the customer?

If you order online and something is wrong with your order (say, soy sauce running out of your fried rice or pad Thai so salty you can't eat it), you have to go back through the door dash store front and it can be a giant hassle. I have had so much good food at this restaurant, all their restaurants actually, and I don't know what happened with it tonight.

Can be good when they get your order correct, but average otherwise. If you are from elsewhere, you'll have had better Thai in your life. But if you are looking for Thai flavor, this will do the trick. - Inconsistent preparation so you never know exactly what you are going to get when you order. - Would discourage choosing the delivery route; the order is often incorrect, so you have to check it in person. We get Chim's quite a bit at work and we can always count on one person's order to be wrong or completely missing which is frustrating. Definitely verify the order first. - For ordering purposes, the spice scale not comparable to other restaurants. I usually get 8/10 here and it's probably similar to a 4/10 elsewhere so I would recommend scaling up. - Would love if they would offer panang curry with chicken as it's my favorite curry, but they only make it with beef. - Noodle quality could improve. They are often broken in little pieces rather than nice long noodles. I think they do a better job with the pad see ew than the pad thai. - If you are doing sit down, would recommend getting a table upstairs rather than down as the buzzer on the front door is loud. It's less disruptive to conversation upstairs.

I ordered the massaman curry with chicken and it was SO GOOD! Very nice peanut-y flavor and great portion size, highly recommend. The sticky rice with mango is a great dessert option as well! Tried a bit of the noodles my friend ordered and it was also very good.

This place has some pretty good Thai food, but it is not very consistent. We have been here several times, and it is hit or miss. The service is good, pretty attentive. - Crab rangoon (3.5/5): always a go to appetizer, as this is consistent pretty much anywhere we've gone. Flavorful and yummy as always. - Yellow curry (3.5/5): this dish was delicious, I just don't like how the curry is spread out over the entire plate. I'd rather it be in a bowl so it's easier to eat with the rice. But otherwise, the flavor was good, lots of yummy veggies. - Pad see ew (4/5): the noodles were cooked well, a good level of spice. Sometimes the sauce isn't as flavorful, depending on the day. In general, this has been a solid dish. Overall, this Thai place is generally pretty good, but inconsistent.

I don't know what I was expecting but it definitely wasn't this. The noodles weren't cooked all the way so you had to really chew them up. The beef was a color Gordon Ramsay could only describe as 'unpleasant'. A lady at the table over sent back her food twice, once because they forgot her shrimp, the second time because it was raw. The waitress told her that it wasn't and the chef cooks everything (they were raw, still gray). It wad really unorganized and dirty on the inside. I kept hearing crying and suddenly a lady with a baby walked out of the kitchen. I don't know how that's up to health codes. The chef doesn't wear a mask while cooking the food, he walked out without one completely. The staff also complained about the lady who's shrimp was raw. Really bad look for the business...

Food was way to spicy and didnt click that i wanted spice. Potstickers were deep fried instead of steamed which happened last time. $2.00 for extra sauces that barely have anything in them
