I haven’t had chipotle in months after moving to a more rural area, and got my cravings cured! I was hesitant to come to this location based on the reviews, but I’m glad I did! My burrito was so good, steak was flavorful and the chips were perfectly crispy, not stale like I’ve received at most other locations. The staff were really nice and helped me as soon as I walked in.

We did an online order for lunch. My husband went to go pick it up and they gave him 1 item out of our order and told him the rest of the food is going to take a long time and he needs to pull around. 20 minutes later still no food, but yet they have time to make new orders. Staff is rude and very untrained, store is disaster, I have pictures of soda spilled everywhere and no wet signs down or no staff trying to clean. Staff not washing hands, using same gloves, ect. I am calling better business bureau and health department on this location! Very rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable!

Person taking my order had over the head “ beats “ headphones , when I got to the order spot , he just stared at me , NEVER spoke one word to me the entire time, I got 3 bowls , They were out of queso at ( 7pm ) 3 people involved and the only time I was spoken to me was when they gave me the total ….. very rude and unprofessional, I know it’s fast food , this store lacks management !!!!! I love chipotle, this store is awful

Chipotle is always a hit or miss for me… when it hits it’s so good based on just my experience yesterday I am leaving my review. Cooper was on the line and building my bowl she was extremely thoughtful when asked “a little bit of this or a lot of that” not only for me but those ahead of and behind me. This is historically not the case for me I say a little and still get a lot and vis versa. Thank you Cooper. My experience was great!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time I felt compelled to share my experience. I had ordered the same meal online (chicken, cheese, black beans, brown rice, etc.) as shown on the left. When I arrived home, I was shocked to find that the bowl was significantly lighter than usual. It was half empty!

I returned to the store and asked them to make me a new bowl with the exact same specifications (the one on the right). As you can see, there was a noticeable difference in the proportions between the two bowls. When I brought this up and showed them the difference, they were understanding and promptly fixed the issue.

Now, let me talk about the manager. He was a very understanding and helpful person who genuinely cared about my situation. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my meal.

However, I must warn you, if you’re planning to order online, be prepared for the possibility of receiving a significantly lighter bowl. It’s not worth the risk if you want a full and satisfying meal.

Been going to this Chipotle for years and continues to go downhill. The place was dirty when I came in, every employee had earbuds in. The person helping me at the front was talking on the phone through her AirPods and could barely help me. The bowl she served me had food falling over the side and wasn’t wrapped properly. The chicken was charred black. I asked for a side of salsa and she just forgot to put it in the bag. I was too grossed out to even eat the food. We won’t be back anytime soon.

Dear manager... Please train your staff to take orders. This is the second time I've come here, and the second time I haven't received proper service. The first time I had a hard time explaining what I needed... But she served me food like slop. The second time, I didn't even bother trying to explain. It was so ridiculous to explain what I was asking that it was easier to just leave. Spanish shame.

Literally just left before ordering because they didn’t have anyone available. Workers in Panama pants. Staff looked disheveled and showed no sense of urgency to take orders. Have never left a review before but really hope this Chipotle turns it around. Off to Jersey mikes.

Well I went in chipotle they were talking about service dogs and I know they were talking about me cuz they keep looking at me that not right when someone has a disability and has seizures

I should’ve turned around when I saw a sticker on the glass window that stated: “The party stops here”…. Anyways, I was really disappointed with my experience. I paid $13 for a bowl and barely got half a spoonful of chicken. When I asked for a little more, it was going to be a charge for “extra protein”. After finishing the bowl, I was still hungry and ended up going down the road to Culver’s for more food. My fiancée had the same issue with her portion size.
To make matters worse, the restroom was in terrible condition. Before leaving, my fiancée tried to use it but was warned by a mother and daughter that it was disgusting—and they were right. None of them used the restroom and had to go to a gas station instead.
Overall, poor portion sizes and unsanitary conditions made this a very disappointing visit.
