Dear manager... Please train your staff to take orders. This is the second time I've come here, and the second time I haven't received proper service. The first time I had a hard time explaining what I needed... But she served me food like slop. The second time, I didn't even bother trying to explain. It was so ridiculous to explain what I was asking that it was easier to just leave. Spanish shame.

Literally just left before ordering because they didn’t have anyone available. Workers in Panama pants. Staff looked disheveled and showed no sense of urgency to take orders. Have never left a review before but really hope this Chipotle turns it around. Off to Jersey mikes.

Well I went in chipotle they were talking about service dogs and I know they were talking about me cuz they keep looking at me that not right when someone has a disability and has seizures

I should’ve turned around when I saw a sticker on the glass window that stated: “The party stops here”…. Anyways, I was really disappointed with my experience. I paid $13 for a bowl and barely got half a spoonful of chicken. When I asked for a little more, it was going to be a charge for “extra protein”. After finishing the bowl, I was still hungry and ended up going down the road to Culver’s for more food. My fiancée had the same issue with her portion size.
To make matters worse, the restroom was in terrible condition. Before leaving, my fiancée tried to use it but was warned by a mother and daughter that it was disgusting—and they were right. None of them used the restroom and had to go to a gas station instead.
Overall, poor portion sizes and unsanitary conditions made this a very disappointing visit.

Had the wife pick up two burritos before heading back home (25 minutes away) to find out that they had over salted and over limed the rice (and undercooked). $25 dollars in the trash- attempted to just eat through it but it was just too nasty. Do we not taste test our food anymore before putting it out? Will be avoiding this location entirely.

Edit: I see other people complaining about sour cream everywhere- additionally, sour cream drained so far outside the burrito that it soaked the bottom of the paper bag and stained the wife's passenger seat.

They never have the honey Chipotle vinaigrette and always run out of meats when its a slow day. Honest they just need to close the location. Im done going there the service sucks and the people dont give a shit about giving good service.

I ordered a mobile drive thru order of a quesadilla for 8:10 and drove all the way back home and realized they did not put my quesadilla in the package, just the sides and chips, how dumb do you have to be to forget the entree.

The food is tasty, but I’ve noticed a few issues during my visits. Several times the rice was undercooked and a bit hard, the portions felt quite small, and the beef was rather bland.

More than once customer service has been dismissive and uninterested. Rice was not cooked, actually crunchy, and the meal was inedible. Peppers were burnt to a crisp and the chicken had sections burnt as well. Cannot reach a human to request a refund and the online help, does not help.

See what I don’t get is now people you know they got the good food but the people they’ve got working for them just aren’t good. You know I were. I was coming to eat food and you know I want a big portion but the people they have working for them they say no big portion you have to pay more and I tell him OK I pay more and they give me not even have a ball And the ball you know it’s supposed to be overflowing and they don’t give me more and they charge me $75 you know and

I was surprised that I liked the food as much as I did. Juice bar drinks were very refreshing. Bathrooms were a little messy.
