I got half and half for my protein choice they charged me for double meat. I asked about it they said because its two proteins. I am not buying another chipotle bowl ever again. Im good $14 for a chicken bowl is insane.

This Chipotle currently has excellent staff and food. I went in about a week ago and this one girl in particular who may have been a manager, I don’t know, nonetheless, she impressed me. Excellent customer service and they were very busy. It’s nice to see that this level of customer service still exists these days. The food was well put together and very delicious. This time was the first time I noticed that they offer 2 different kids meals - tacos or quesadillas with 3 sides. It was the perfect amount of food for my kid, the choices for the kids meals are spectacular, the container it’s served in is genius and the price was very reasonable. My burrito bowl with the honey chipotle chicken was so good too! I’ll definitely come back to this chipotle.

i placed a mobile order and had received the wrong food. i was unable to eat the food i had received and tried to get a refund and was unable.

The workers are all nice and sociable. But this location is constantly out of ingredients to the point that I have to walk out on several occasions. Often after having waited in a long line resulted in wasted rice and beans as the protein options are just exhausted.

The chipotlane has cold ingredients, half the serving size, and messes up the orders semi regularly. Im a chipotle addict and this is not only the worst one, but also in a different tax bracket so its more expensive than the others in town.

Update: Severely disappointed with our order today. We had about 12 orders for our staff and ZERO of them were made correctly. We had folks that had diet restrictions that you could have put into danger. Every single order had a sticker with the name and ingredients and not a single one matched the actual food. We even asked around and it didn't seem like any order even came close to matching the label thinking maybe they got mixed up. Y'all need to get it together because it was not only a let down but you can potentially get someone super sick or even have an allergic reaction.

Order through the app. and put in a time but still have to wait over 20min for your meal even though there is no one inside. Also appreciate the fact I ordered Fajita additions but only received 2 slices of pepper and 1 onion slice. This isn't he only time this has happened. It seems like my order is never made correctly and that there is no rush to assist the customers. Also having the employee say "What's your name" as if I am there bothering them is an added bonus. Won't be returning to this Chipotle. I've given it to many chances and nothing has ever improved, its only gotten worse.

Update: I should have added this shortly after this happened. I was provided a Buy 1 Get 1 Free burrito coupon on my account. I went to use it about a month later and it had been removed from my account. I never even got the compensation I was told I would get. I will never visit another Chipotle and I always advise others not to waste their money there.

The most unclean Chipotle we’ve ever seen. Food was good. The front counter/glass looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Went right after opening and top had dust and animal hair on it. Splatters everywhere. Had old rice stuck under it. Very unappealing when you’re looking through a dirty glass to order.

I love Chipotle but this restaurant is a hot mess. I’ve had countless bad experiences and today’s just led me to finally write a review. It’s 5 pm. There are 12 open tables and not one is wiped off. We had to clean our own. Another family also cleaned theirs. And this is not the first time it’s been like this. And the kicker: there’s no one in line, so someone could take a sec to clean.

When they were making my son’s tacos, they dropped one of the tortillas in a dirty area by the tortilla warmer and put it on our tray. I had to ask them to throw it out and get a new one. They even grumped at me for asking.

Just expecting better things from this restaurant and it’s not improving, so I’m writing this hoping it’ll change and soon.

I rarely ever leave bad reviews on anywhere. Everyone is just trying to make it. I went into this location because I just needed a pick me up. I walk in and see the person in front of me that got a bowl and it looked perfect and all was well. That person was a male. I start to give my order and realize I got a fourth of what the person in front of me received. And I’m not a person to complain but I know my face didn’t hide how upset I was. I am just a college girl. I know I may not look like I eat a lot but I usually eat leftovers and so on. I let it go and then the rest of my beans and protein was also given much less than the person directly in front of me who had ordered nothing special or extra. Then a young man walks in and orders after me and his order was similar to mine. Both of his bowls were filled double what mine was. So there are 3 bowls filled to the correct amount for what we are paying for. And then there is mine. Half or maybe even a fourth what the guys had. I’ve never had an issue like this before because I normally order ahead so they can’t see what I look like beforehand. I just don’t understand why it is 2024 and we are still treating a man and a female differently when we are all paying the same price. I don’t want anyone to experience this so it just needed to be said. I am not trying to complain or be negative. It just seems wrong to openly treat me differently because I am a female.
