I ordered a mobile drive thru order of a quesadilla for 8:10 and drove all the way back home and realized they did not put my quesadilla in the package, just the sides and chips, how dumb do you have to be to forget the entree.

The food is tasty, but I’ve noticed a few issues during my visits. Several times the rice was undercooked and a bit hard, the portions felt quite small, and the beef was rather bland.

More than once customer service has been dismissive and uninterested. Rice was not cooked, actually crunchy, and the meal was inedible. Peppers were burnt to a crisp and the chicken had sections burnt as well. Cannot reach a human to request a refund and the online help, does not help.

See what I don’t get is now people you know they got the good food but the people they’ve got working for them just aren’t good. You know I were. I was coming to eat food and you know I want a big portion but the people they have working for them they say no big portion you have to pay more and I tell him OK I pay more and they give me not even have a ball And the ball you know it’s supposed to be overflowing and they don’t give me more and they charge me $75 you know and

I went to this place at 9:30pm 06/24/25. I asked for chicken and the lady gave me hardly any. I then asked if it was the serving size of chicken and she gave me attitude. there was another guy who was listening to the conversation and threw cheese onto my bowl. so childish and i won’t be coming back.

We ordered two burritos, chips and queso. Every single thing I ordered was wrong which i’ve never experienced in my LIFE. BOTH burritos were INCORRECT and we did not get queso for the chips and queso that I PAID FOR. i paid MY MONEY for guacamole on one and paid MY MONEY for queso and they simply chose to not add it. the negligence was simply mind boggling. I am so disgusted and infuriated at how awful the customer service was, and the fact that not a single thing we ordered was correct which is shocking. How is NOT A SINGLE ORDERED ITEM MADE CORRECTLY?? Especially when I PAID EXTRA for those items. I’m so shocked and find this behavior beyond vile. I already regularly get strands of hair that are not my own in my burritos and have never complained. I have NEVER left a review but this experience was so awful I felt as if I had no choice. I feel so utterly scammed and repulsed by this location. Do better, this is embarrassing.

Went for lunch around 11:30am the staff made excuses for not having the vinaigrette-salad dress as it is too labor intensive to make but I could try the new dressing, 75cents additional. My rice was undercooked and the steak was dry. This isn’t the first time at this location I’ve had a bad experience.

I got half and half for my protein choice they charged me for double meat. I asked about it they said because its two proteins. I am not buying another chipotle bowl ever again. Im good $14 for a chicken bowl is insane.
