As an employee of a small business and a huge fan of this location, I lost all respect for the team working 4/16 at the Business Loop location of Dairy Queen. I understand having to cut hours. However when I pull up to the window and you tell me at 9:10 (after having to wait for a car to back up) and you tell me you have been closed for 15 minutes as a loyal, frequent customer your management team was a major disappointment.

Hygeine isn't a priority at this location. An employee thought it was acceptable to handle customer orders after handling trash and cleaning supplies. Very unprofessional and rude. I don't recommend this location.
