We placed an order for pick up through the app and when we arrived we were ignored for several minutes at the pick up counter. As we waited, we observed an employee eating personal food items on the counter where orders were being bagged, food all over the counters and floors, and another employee walking around the food prep area with both of his hands inserted into the front of his pants.
