This place is truly a hidden gem. We asked the bartender a couple questions about whiskey and he gave us a master class free of charge. The bartenders were so nice and welcoming, anyone of any walk of life would be welcome. The drinks were absolutely sublime, I tried the seasonal strawberry cheesecake cocktail which is honestly one of the best drinks I've ever had. Everything was so fantastic it's a great atmosphere and great drinks and great times.

We arrived early in the evening. I tried their whiskey meat and my husband had the Dude, their take on a White Russian. Both drinks were awesome. The atmosphere was very cool. Low lighting and lots of places to chat with friends over nice drinks. Staff was very knowledgeable about their products and helpful in picking out drinks. Definitely stop in and try this place.

Traveling in the Columbia area and decided to find some distilleries. One Craft Distillery place popped up... with YELPS help. Found it, wasn't sure it was open because chairs were still on the table. They open at 4:00....we were in !! We were greeted by a very nice gentleman, named Van, as it turned out was one of the owners. Delightful guy and quite enjoyable to talk with about how they started, what they made, what kind of process they use....( they use Missouri White Oak barrels), the assortment of cocktails they serve and where the name came from. We ordered a flight.... We wanted to taste everything !! We went right down the line... Vodka, Un-aged Whiskey (clear like moonshine), Aged Whiskey , Bourbon Whiskey, Dark Rum, (which wasn't very dark), Gin and then the Gin aged in barrels (nice dark color). Now, we have a problem.... WE LIKED THEM ALL !! Once we were finished with that.... We ordered Old Fashions. One regular with orange bitters, then another one with walnut bitters... I also learned a few things about bitters!! We enjoyed ourselves !! ! NOW I'M IN HEAVEN !!!!! . Bought several bottles to take home. Amazing !! Highly recommended!!
