First time and last time! Steak and cheese sub had very little meat on it - So disappointed for sure - Wasted $24 on two subs 😂

Ordered some food for the family to try it out. Ran by, picked up the food, the guy behind the counter told me everything was in the bag except my coke, so I grabbed it out of the cooler. Got home, and it looks like he forgot the kids' cookies and juices, too. I expect that from McDonald's, but not a place like this.

My family and I come here quite a bit now and I can honestly say, we are met with friendly smiles every time, great service and great food every time. I'm really impressed by the staff here. They treat us like family and feed us well. We will only.eat at this location from now on. To the staff, you guys are awesome!! Thank you for all you do.

Service was strange this time, as the manager was pulling employees aside, looking at my family, and whispering to their employees. That doesn’t usually happen but the food was great as always.

From the time I discovered Firehouse Subs, I would tell everyone they are the best sub ever! However, I’ve had a couple experiences at this location, which does not make me happy. Mostly because they are not warm but the one I got today was incorrect due to the toppings I did not want. It was a to go order so couldn’t say anything at the time. Both of the sandwiches I received were not warm. I kept my rating at 4 because I have hope.

Somehow I got the wrong stuff on my sandwich and they were very polite and changed it for me. I know, you are thinking they should anyway, but it seems the past couple years people are rude and mean even though it is their job, so I wanted to make sure I said the guy was very polite and respectful and apologized instead of acting like I was bothering them.
