The last time I went here they left a wad of black hair in my syrup like what you’d see off a tangled brush. Although that was about a year ago now. Hopefully they don’t work here anymore

The food and all were so good but them cram everyone together like sardines and seat people right next to other people even though other seats more isolated were open. No one wants to sit right by someone else and hear their conversations. We had to ask to sit a little further away. To me that's just common sense. Especially because it's always so loud in there. Space people out a bit.

Do not fall for their waitlist times. They give you short times just to get you in the door. I was quoted a 20 minute wait time when I joined the list online. Then when I arrived I was told it would be an additional 20 minutes that turned into 35-40 minutes without ever being called for a seat. When I asked about when I would be seated they were rude and told me it would be at least another 10 minutes. Don't consider this restaurant if you value your time.

Awesome food but I have never seen a restaurant be sooooo SLOW in clearing tables as this one. With a 40 minute waitlist tables should be cleaned off asap! It’s this slow to clear tables every time we eat at this one. Grindstone is much quicker! Finally seated us at a table that had been dirty for 20 minutes! The bus boy needs to get some pep on his step and someone needs to jump in and help him!
