Unfortunately this store is the one that delivers to my work and messes up my order almost every time. When I call I get told I’ll have to come pick it up even though I’ve paid for delivery. And then when I ask for a refund for the missing items, they claim they can’t refund a credit card. Never ordering from them again.

Ordered $70 food, but all the sandwiches came out skimpy. Not like the picture in the website. Asked the Mgr twice to fix the problem but she refused. No wonder this location is never busy. It is a simple expectation that a cheddar Bourbon club would have similar amount of meat that is shown in the picture, especially for $15. But Mgr claims she only allows one slice of meat. There are like ten meat pieces in the pic.

ordered $70 food including two Cheddar Bourbon sandwiches. If you look at the picture of the sandwich on the app/website, you should get about ten pieces of meat, handful of lettuce, mayo, sauce, five pieces of Cheddar. what we got looked more like a slim. Manager refused to remake the sandwich. Chintzy cheap for a $15 sandwich.

Came during lunch while it was busy. Employees must of misplaced my sandwiches but they had a sense of urgency to get my order to me and were very professional. Devin had wonderful customer service and gave me a cookie as compensation for the hold up. Man deserves a raise for his customer service experience
