Was there today..... No greeting no one inside took about 5 minutes before I was asked what I wanted..... 1 piece of cheese 1 piece of meat.... waited about 10 minutes and the girl couldn't even let me know it was ready..just set it on the counter....No signs saying Freaky fast...... It's Freakin SLOW... JERSEY MIKE'S IS THE PLACE TO GO.....

Nothing but glairs from the two blonde women behind the counter… No greeting no nothing while they just glair like you pissed in their Cheerios. So much so I doubted for a second if the lobby was open until the gentleman cleaning table’s finally came around to ask what I was ordering. Really as someone who works in customer service I don’t leave reviews negative often, I get it people have bad days and things happen but this store is the perfect example of staff that needs replacing. If you want delivery this store gets quality sandwiches delivered to my work all the time but spare yourself the indignity of walking in until they replace the staff that’ll make you feel so unwelcome you’ll want to just turn around the moment you walk in. This is the most garbage service ever. They delivered me the wrong sandwich and then told me they were goin to bring the right one. Called them twice and they said they would bring it. an hour later i called them back they said their manager said it was made correctly and they refuse to bring another one. So I wasted my lunchbreak and my money and the girl that answers the phone should be fired...she's rude and has no home training

Older lady who worked 1pm on 9/21 was super aggressive for no reason. When I came in there was no one behind me yet she kept cutting off my sentences to get to the next question like I was wasting her time. Then maybe ten minutes later the place is filling up and she starts loudly calling out her fellow employees for mis-charging one of the other customers. The whole place got quiet because it was awkward.If she has a problem with a colleagues actions, she should pull them aside, not try to embarrass them in front of customers and make the situation awkward for everyone there.It wasn’t the sandwich that left a bad taste in my mouth.

my coworker and i just went throught the drive thru and we had the BEST experience ever. we wish we woulda got that lovely red headed man's name but he is now our new best friend. service was phenom,, food was phenom,, and we're never eating anywhere else ever again xoxo gossip

Employee just finished using restroom didn't flush.. urine still foaming in tolite bowl didn't wash hands the sink was dry decided I am not eating jimmy johns after that and left 08/22/23 at 11:55amPlus floor was covered in urine

Jimmy John's is known to be freaky-fast. Took 35 minutes to get food. The worst part is you don't get greeted to know when to order. Service has just gone downhill in the time I've gotten sandwiches from Jimmy John's.
