I am a local and go there once with a friend. My comments: The food is average and the value is so so. The price is super expensive. Say if the cost of making the food is $1 they will charge you about $7, while other restaurants charge around $3 to $4. Misleading advertising. Their "seafood pancake" is actually pancake powder and onion and very little squid from a package of imitation seafood at the grocery. Cost around $2. Charge $17. Heineken beer. 1 bottle charge $6.5. Barbeque DIY. So so. Cost around $10. Charge $52. Worth around $25-30. The restaurant has very few customers when we came by. Probably just a hit and run operation. We come as a group of two. Charge us $50 each after one barbeque order, a seafood pancake and few drinks. We go to several restaurants. Never see something worst around Columbia Missouri.

Food is good enough I continue coming back although the service is always terrible and some items are very overpriced.I ordered pot stickers. The menu I got said 6 for $9. They brought out 5. I politely call the waitress over (who never checks on you or refills your drinks) to show her the menu said 6 pieces, not 5. She got the owner and he said that he must have forgotten to fix the price on that menu and brought me a different one to show me he fixed it in others. He didn’t offer an compensation or apology in the least. The the unobservant waitress spent several minutes checking the rest of the menus. The menus are COVERED in crossed out items and prices and handwritten write-overs.

Love their food. Authentic place. Hot pots to share and soju to buy. Korean and Japanese food. Just make sure to check your order if you get food to go. They tend to make some mistakes.

Bad service, bad food, stupid expensive food, harass us that we didn't give enough tip. Threatened to take it from our card. Charge per cup of soda without saying refills cost. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

They got our carryout order wrong, which is fine, but then expected us to bring the wrong order back so they could reserve it to other customers. Add in the sticky floors, and this place seems dangerously unhygienic.

This was beyond disrespectful and weird. I dined there with 5 of my friends. First off, the place smelled weird, like a farm. The food came in and the waitress wouldn't refill our drinks we would have to ask multiple times. I was CHASED by one of the workers to my car and harassed with my friends to pay the waitress more tips. Very rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't go there again.

Authentic Korean style food very good. But, a $65.00 meal for two did not have rice served with it. We both have lived in S. Korea and rice is always served with a meal including bulgogi.

I absolutely love this place! I've tried several things on the menu and have never been disappointed in the quality of the food or how it tastes. This is one of my personal 'go to' places for lunch.

This is the best Korean Restaurant in town (as far as I have tried). We absolutely love their Bulgogi BBQ. The kimchi Chi Gae was a perfect soup during CoMO winter. It was served bubbling hot, along with a hot bowl of rice The Bulgogi BBQ was served with the portable burner and you can experience cooking your own food. Overall, we’re hooked. We’ll be a regular, for sure

Even though my friends liked the food I didn’t like it much. There are not many chicken options. And they cannot improvise their recipes either. I asked for one Ramen if they can substitute the pork with chicken but it seemed too difficult for them. So I visited twice and had yakisoba noodles both the times. But it tastes good.

Hi! Unfortunately this is not the place for groups larger than four. I called today at 3:30 and then 4:30 for ANOTHER for confirmation to reserve a table for 15 people. This reservation was for 5:30. We arrived at 5:15 with 15 people from our nonprofit after school organization. When we arrived we sat for 15 minutes without being greeted, they did not take our food order or soda order until I prepared a paper with all of our orders and brought it to the front. Once prepared, it took around 20 minutes until the drinks came and by the time our sides arrived it was 6:15. We let our waiter know that we had to leave by 6:30 when we ordered as well. Our food never came out, and as we let them know that we could not have this food due to the wait. They then proceeded to exploit our rush and demand payment for the food that was in the process of cooking. The holdup? Chicken Ramen. This led to our students who rely on us to provide dinner to have to grab a quick to go on their way out instead of their normal 5:00. As we managed to get out we were charged $90 for 17 ($2 a piece) drinks as well as a few last minute dishes and sides that we didn’t order. As we talked about payment he said, “You’re not going to tip??” We always tip and did, but this felt a little disrespectful.

I have been to this place twice. Food is good, price is ok and the people are really nice. I gave it 4 stars only because it's rather cold inside (it's winter), and they were out of coffee. I don't mind that but my husband wasn't happy about it.

My favorite Korean restaurant in Jeff City & COMO!I am from South Korea and I live in Jeff City.I love this place because the foods are not as pricy compared to other Asian restaurants but they still have tasty & variety of food. Also, their food helps me from getting out of homesick sometimes ?

We ordered the bulgogi jeongol/hotpot. It was really good for something I had never tried before. The heating device for the hotpot kept malfunctioning which was a bit annoying. Also, the wait was a bit long as the owner had to step away to run a private errand. Moving on, the banchan tasted similar to other Korean restaurants. What sucked was that the banchan was a one-time thing rather than unlimited servings. Lastly, the waiter was a nice guy who helped us order.
