I come in regularly to get a sausage, egg, bagel sandwich, sometimes coffee or lunch. I usually order online because I work downtown & have limited breaks so it’s easier to order online & go pick up. Most of the time by the time the app says my orders ready they haven’t even started it so I loose 15-20 mins of my lunch sometimes I loose a whole 30 which sucks I just wish there was a better way to do online pickup.

But today I got my breakfast bagel walked all the way back to the shop I work at to open my bag & find a completely burnt bagel I’m not someone who enjoys complaining but it just sucks when you can only eat the sausage & the egg instead of the sandwich you pay for…

I’m only giving the food a 2 today because it was so incredibly Burnt but normally it’s wonderful.

The staff here are always so kind, courteous, helpful. Just a very pleasant bright spot when spending extended time at the hospital with a loved one.

This used to be a coffee shop. It’s too bad that instead of serving coffee to customers, it now prioritizes to-go orders and ignores the people who walk into the store. After standing around for 10 minutes without moving in line, I went across the street to Shortwave. It’s not like this at the Green Meadows location. RIP to the bottomless cup.
