When we first walked in the employees were all screaming at each other arguing. Rude to all customers. Forgot part of our order so I didn’t leave girl came up and said “why are you still here what are you waiting for” very very rude. I told her and she told me I didn’t order it. So I showed her on my phone and the ticket. “Well I didn’t see it” okay that’s okay but I want what I paid for without the attitude. Will never come back to this location.

The food that I had ordered,
crazy puffs were great. They were cooked fresh. They were done in time when I was told they would be done and ready for pick up.
As far as the service goes, everyone has their day so maybe she wasn’t having such a great evening.
Very small store on the inside, so not much of an atmosphere to grade.

My wife ordered two pizzas tonight for delivery. One was a meatlovers and the other was a stuffed crust pepperoni. Once the pizzas got delivered, they were cold and both regular crust. We tried to call back to let them know and the phones have had a busy signal for over an hour now. I wouldn't recommend this place. From now on, we will be getting pizza elsewhere besides Little Ceasars.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Only reason this place is still in business is the college kids and cheap pizza. We waited over an hour for our order that we placed 2 hours early on the app. Then when it’s “ready” they messed up the order and had to go back and remake it. We asked for a refund and then had to wait 20 additional minutes before they had time to get a refund. Then they couldn’t find the receipt to give us a refund. This place is a complete failure and no one should give them the time of day. Who ever owns this particular POS place should close it down or start over with new staff. I’m never ordering little ceasers again. They have lost my business for good.

I have gone to the location on Nifong for months. My family & I typically have pizza on either a Saturday or Sunday evening. This Sunday I had to go to your Brickton rd. location due to the Nifong location was going to be an hour & half wait to take order because they had a 100 pizza order that was being picked up, which was fine so I went to the one on Brickton rd. I order the same 2 pizzas every weekend. 1 Hulu Hawaiian & 1 ultimate supreme with the green peppers removed & to substitute them with Jalapenos & add black olives & extra cheese. almost 95% of the time the ultimate is wrong & I have to return back & get the correctly made Ultimate pizza. This time I ordered the same 2 pizzas & yet again I had to go back & Get the correct pizza I called & they informed me that they would correct it & it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived the 3 employees working told me that it would take 20 minutes & they had not made the pizza when they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Within 15 minutes they informed me that my pizza was ready. Wrong!!!!!! it was incorrect again. No black olives & no extra cheese. The 3 employees told me that particular pizza doesn't come with black olives. I told them "yes it does because the Nifong location puts them on there & makes the pizza the way my family likes it". I specifically asked for black olives to be put on the pizza & extra cheese substitute the green peppers with jalapenos. I then asked for a refund & they said take my pizza & leave. I told all of them that the pizzas were incorrect & that I demanded & full refund. The manager told me to take my pizza & leave the store. Another employee came from the back & said "DO NOT YELL @ MY MANAGER" They all Ignored me & went to the back of the kitchen/prep area & never came back out. Meanwhile there was about 10 people in the store that were also needing some service & were ignored as well. I will not be returning to any of your locations in Columbia Mo. nor will I enter in any other city/state. Completely disrespectful, rude, to me & to the other customers. Absolutely despicable customer service. Little Casers you need to update you hiring policies, because some of the people your hiring are not qualified to be in a customer service atmosphere.

If I could give this store a zero star I would!
Every time my kids wanna go here they never have anything hot and ready, EVER!
It’s pathetic that as a business you advertise hot and ready, yet never have anything hot and ready.
When you show up you wait at the desk for 5-10 mins every time because they are in back talking and gossiping with each other. (Which is exactly why they never have anything hot and ready for their customers)
The management and store needs an overhaul.
Service is terrible, won’t be back until I hear this problem is corrected!
