My pizza was not in the portal my code opened, when I said excuse me since there was no one at the counter, two employees looked right at me then went back to doing what they were doing. Customer service seems to be lost on anyone working in the places that require minimal effort.

Was the worst experience at a little Ceasars I have ever had! Missing half my order and refused to refund or make it good! Manager and counter girl both walked off. No customer skills! Will never go back!!

I'd rate the food but I never got it. Set up an internet order to be picked up by 9:30pm. Someone was there right at 9:30 or, a bit later not much. They claimed to have never received the order. They said they couldn't make the order either. I for one know better. If your open til 10pm, your open til 10pm. Every restaurant I've ever worked in! You take customer orders up until said time on the door! For whatever reason my order was put aside. I know I made it. I conveniently couldn't get back on the app for whatever reason at that point. The right thing to do would have been to just make my order. Let's be real. You had 15 minutes. More than enough time. I have pizza experience. It was in a place way classier than Little Caesars might I add. I've done it all from make dough, to anything else in house. It's called customer service! Get a clue. I personally would have made the order for the customer!

Isn’t their slogan supposed to be “Hot and Ready”? Every single time I pick up a Door Dash from here, I end up having to wait 20+ minutes. Even the simplest of orders aren’t ever ready when I get there. It’s ridiculous. The other day I carried 3 pizzas to my car, and one of the pizzas literally fell through the bottom of the box from the box being wet. Gross. Plz get it together, Little Cesar’s. It seems like all of your locations in Columbia are like this. As I’ve picked up door dashes from all of them, and I always end up waiting forever and sometimes even cancelling completely.
Good for a quick, affordable way to feed a group. Pizza is ok. Prices are what makes it worth

Ordered 2 pizzas from them, they messed up the order, and i had to wait anther 15 minutes for them to correct it when I got the new pizza, it was under cooked, called multiple times to let them know they messed up our order twice, they hung up on us or wouldn't answer the phone. Went to the store itself to talk to the manager but he didn't want to come to the front to talk saying all we did was called and complained and what they did was "professional". Don't waste your time or money here.

After a very long day of moving, we went to Little Caesars. The guy behind the counter was immediately annoyed. He acted like he did not even want to take our order. I had to repeat my order multiple times and he was rude every time he repeated it back incorrectly and acted like I was doing something wrong. He did not greet us when we walked in I ignored that. However after waiting nearly 30 minutes for our pizza I was able to witness how he treated other people who came in. Two young pretty girls walk in and he was immediately greeting them and being very nice and when they left he was very loudly and very friendly saying have a good night. Start contrast to my experience. The next customer that walked in was an older lady and he treated her the same way he treated me. Like he was annoyed to wait on her and she had to repeat herself too because he just didn't have the attention span to pay attention to anybody that he wasn't attracted to. Again after waiting 30 minutes for our order in which we had to stand around and wait, we had ordered a two liter soda very clearly did so because we had a conversation about the soda. We did not get the soda and he did not put it on the order he did however charges for every single topping that we put on the pizza $3 per topping. The girls who ordered their pizza more toppings than us paid less than we did. The two young gentleman who came in were treated lukewarm. He wasn't as rude to them as he was to us but he was not as friendly to them as he was the young girls. He barely spoke to the young gentleman but at least he was not rude to them like he was us and the other lady who was older as well.Clearly this young boy only wants to wait on you if you are a young girl. In my opinion if you want to be treated with disrespect then go to the location on my phone because they love to treat their customers inappropriately. With no apologies for their mistakes and root attitudes for anyone they don't find attractive.

Manager that was workings name is Gavin. They got my first order wrong and made us wait for a new pizza. Only to give us an undercooked pizza. Charged us 35$ I called to speak with the manager and was only met with an excuse and silence, then they hung up on me. I called again and they hung up on me again. I tried to get information to speak with upper management but was again met with silence. Beyond unprofessional. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want your time wasted and to be charged for gross undercooked pizza
