very disappointed. I found a blue hair in my food apparently from one of the workers. The bathroom was very dirty , looks like rat droppings on the floor. Also looks like a pile of poo was outside the door.

Rory was so kind and compassionate about explaining the changes and ownership. It's been a few years, but the recipes stayed the same and still tasted just as I remembered 😋

Great service. It was my first time trying this place and the person at the counter helped me get a great smoothie. I don’t like sweet drinks so she recommended something that was perfect. Everyone was nice and I’ll be back.

I'm so glad the Main Squeeze brought back their food options! We ordered the smash burgers and they were very good! We also ordered the coffee shakes togo(we recommend ordering any drinks together with food, it can be a bit of a wait for the drinks)
Overall the experience was great and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for very healthy alternatives.

Food was ok, prices were great

Classic Columbia spot with a revived café menu of many old favorites plus some new gems, including the Impossible smash burger, which my thoroughly omnivorous husband raved about. I also picked up The Works, quesadillas, and some taters for the family. All was delicious. Online ordering is super easy and seamless, and the food is well-packaged.

The menu has changed. Not everything is listed as vegan, but anything on the menu can be made vegan. They make some tasty food and sell vegan ice cream.

Main Squeeze has it's café menu back, many of the Wraps, bowls and sandwiches you'll remember, just with new names, I had the Chorizo Burrito and an Arnold Palmer and it was great! Friends had the Buddah Bowl, Tempeh Ruben and the impossible burger, and all were delighted! Check it out!

The owner is awesome and always so friendly I come here at least once a month, they are a little pricey but worth it in my opinion. You can add so many things and make them customizable.

Beautiful shop full of fabulous merchandise.

I ate here and got sick. I got the buddha bowl and the tofu seemed dry and old. The carrots and broccoli were a bit mushy. The owner seems extremely unprofessional and after she was in the bathroom it smelled strongly of marijuana when I went to use it. The remodel seems like it's hurt this business a lot and it's sad.

Vegan / vegetarian place, nice little college town style café.
I'm a bit over-due to visit and update my review, I haven't had cause to drive through town for a while.

The Rueben is delicious... one of my favorites - I think I've only been to maybe one place that tops it. Although its maybe not so traditional with lettuce and tomato, but has a nice fresh touch, with strong sauerkraut, nice thin slices of tempeh, and a strong house made sauce - great balance of flavors. Seriously, I go out of my way just for this one sandwich.

Has assorted other things, smoothies like their peanut butter and banana smoothie, typical old school hippie style food - like black bean burritos, Buda Bowls and the like.

Staff have always been friendly, generally appear to be local college students.

Café hours have been a little iffy on occasion, always good to have a backup plan. There have been some negative reviews about some issues - I don't get through often enough to verify but have always had a good experience myself.

Vegetarian options: Kind of old school hippie style food, black bean burritos, Buda Bowls, they do a great tempeh Reuben!

Vegetarian restaurant, I don't recall offhand - they might have dairy cheese options - double check when ordering, but definitely worth checking out.
