2026 first eating out did not start out well. Typically we only leave positive reviews but made an exception given the service and quality. Started out with the staff letting someone cut in front of us who then took a very long time. Order was placed and we confirmed several items multiple times. Noticed on the receipt that one item was incorrect. Instead of taking ownership they asked for us to void the check and pay the difference which is ok and did. Then the order came and again it was wrong in two mote ways.

The food itself was not good. The potato had hardly any toppings. The bread on the club was hard and difficult to chew. Needless to say we will not be back.

Very clean and the employees were all so nice. Delicious options. I love that you can do half portions of multiple items to make the perfect meal. All the calories are clearly labeled and the food was fresh.

Everyone tells me McAlisters is just hyped up hospital food but I always said how much I love the chicken ceaser wrap! I asked for a pickle and extra dressing. Didn’t get my pickle, no biggie. However, instead of extra dressing they literally didn’t put any dressing on my wrap at all. It was dry and disgusting. Panera would never do me dirty like that.

Cashier was super sweet and trying her best to help me no thanks to the manager whatsoever. Manager with the purple dyed hair and lobe piercings was unhelpful, slightly rude, and could care less about helping me or her worker. Did not bother to even leave the kitchen during the encounter while the STORE was the one having problems processing redemption offers and making customers go out of their way to order online. And when multiple people (all in store at the same time as me) were struggling with that, could offer zero help except a shrug or headshake. Based off reviews manager issues seem to be a reoccurring theme..

Update.. emailed per their request and got no response.
I had no wait in line when I got there. Walked right up to the counter and placed my order. Took 30 minutes to get one 6” sandwich. They kept filling carry out orders and phone orders before getting my sandwich made. Gave no apologies for the wait. Pickle was wrapped up with the sandwich so it was soggy when I unwrapped it. Also noticed that the guy that took my order was also changing out the trash and getting cups for people‘s drinks, and never once washed his hands and the lady clearing tables was bagging to go orders without washing her hands.

Food was solid as always but overheard two employees (one I think is a manager) calling a customer ugly for some reason. Like ?????

Food was delicious, as always. There was consistently a waiting line of at least 10 customers. There was only ONE person taking orders AND getting drinks. There were TWO staff delivering food to the tables. Half the time they were standing at the counter waiting for orders to be ready. Definitely should have had TWO taking orders and ONE delivering. 🤔
