Nothing Bundt Cakes

I’ve been a Nothing Bundt Cakes customer before this location ever opened. I’ve also purchased from this location several times over the years. I’ve never had such a bad customer service experience as this. The employee who answered the phone when I called to follow up on an order was disrespectful from start to finish. I asked about separating the gluten free bundtinis from the rest in my order due to a gluten allergy. I was met with a really snarky and cold tone about why that wasn’t ‘allowed’. I mentioned that it defeats the purpose of offering gluten free options if you are sticking them with the non gluten free items. The employee’s response was that I could deal with it or I could pay another $7 for a bundlet that is individually packed if I felt like it was such a big deal. Food allergies are a big deal…you should care about the customers enough to recognize that someone who orders a gluten free item might have a gluten allergy. The entire phone call was uncomfortable and just filled with disrespect from the employee. If I want a bundt cake in the future, I’ll just wait till I travel and go to another location.

This is such a great idea and bakery! The cakes taste so good and the staff is wonderful. I regret not getting the name of the young woman who left a positive impression with her pleasant demeanor. (Pretty African-American woman with long braided hair.) I wanted to let the managers know how very nice it is to encounter food service workers who seem to enjoy their work. I’ll visit again.

My grandson says the decoration in the shop are very pretty. The service and the cakes are incredible! You can also purchase mugs and cake party supplies mostly everything here is INCREDIBLE!!!! -Dylan .R. I love that I can get gluten free and it is so delicious. The store was busy and I waited about 10 minutes for my 8 inch gluten free cake to be decorated. It was worth every minute!

The last time the banana pudding cake Bundtlette was on the menu we had it several times and it was delicious! We just got it today and I am not sure if they changed the recipe or what but I am tasting no banana flavor and it is nothing like the last time we ordered it. Very disappointed!

These are the best bakes! I highly recommend lemon, and my children do to. The cakes are put in a sack with a sticker over the flap so they shouldn't roll around in the car. The staff were ok. I had to wait 5 minutes to be helped while one employee went to his car and the other in the kitchen never came out to help me.

I bought this white chocolate raspberry cake earlier today around 1:45 ish 2:00. And it’s all soggy and just nasty looking. I kept it in the fridge for about 5 hours.

I think these Bundt cakes are delicious! Warm or cold. I only tried one flavor so far, but definitely would be going back. They sell small bundt cakes to small bundt cakes. If they don’t have a big one ready they will have it ready in 20 minutes. The only thing I have to say is I wish there was some just sit down with the family to have dessert after a good restaurant. Also maybe more flavors all their flavors are fantastic yet more flavors would be nice overall still love it.

Thank you so much for donating all the mini bundts for our Women Build at Show me Habitat. During our build we were able to get flooring in one homeowners house, put a roof on another, and build the entire frame of a third. Our brunch wouldn't have been complete without all the yummy cakes. Everyone was so excited when they saw them there and immediately grabbed some to eat. Thank you for supporting us and our volunteers.

Over the course of the 10-day Blitz-Build for the Show-Central Habitat for Humanity, we had the task of feeding hundreds of volunteers. We had 60 builders from all over the nation and really wanted to showcase the most yummy and special places in Columbia, MO! With the amazing donation of several bundtinis on two separate afternoons of our build, 8 full-size cakes for each family as a welcome home gift, several snacks for the dedication ceremony, AND a fundraiser for our benefit our Blitz Build was a SUCCESS!!! We heard nothing but RAVE reviews of Nothing Bundt Cakes snacks! We thank Nothing Bundt Cakes so much for the unconditional support in building up future homeowners in our community!!!

We want to thank Nothing Bundt Cakes for being such an amazing community partner! Habitat was lucky enough to build 4 homes in 10 days with volunteers from all over the nation. Nothing Bundt decided to not only donate buntinis for hundreds of volunteers on the construction site, host a fundraiser to support the build, gave each future homeowner a "Home Sweet Home" Bundt cakes, but also provide bundtinis for hundreds of guests celebrating the completion of Blitz Build. 4 families were able to become homeowners through this event and nothing says celebration like cake! Thank you for all you do in our community! Kind staff, delicious and affordable cakes, community focused:10/10 recommend!
