Pancheros Mexican Grill - Columbia Trimble

I love this place, but there are two women working here who treat customers very badly. I brought my burrito bowl back yesterday because there was a mistake with the tickets and I was missing two items from my bowl. No biggie, but as I was charged for the guacamole, I wanted it lol. It took 10 minutes of pleading just to get her to look at the receipt as I had proof, but they didnt want to hear it, nor look at it. They were very aggressive and I overheard the other lady call me a pendeja as she remade my bowl even though I did not engage in the disrespect being hurled my way from staff. I am a regular customer and always treat others with respect as I work in the service industry as well, so I am confused by this experience.

Tortillas are not vegan and that is a main ingredient for a lot of meals.

It was a bit spicy. I believe it was the guacamole. Still very delicious and yummy. It has never bothered me before, so possibly my taste was off.

I love Pancheros’s food, but I was recently accosted For allegedly using a water cup to get soda. What the manager didn’t know is that I’ve already paid for one. He called me out in front of a restaurant full of patrons loudly accusing me of being a thief, When he didn’t even know the situation. Hard to want to come back after that.

A blast from my past. I live in the south and only get pancheros when I come up north. I was pleased to see it in Columbia so I had to visit. Queso tastes just like I remember. I think they should grill the finished burrito after it’s bobed and rolled. I think that would add a little more texture to the tortilla.

Pretty good for fast food Mexican food

My online order was taken by a delivery driver. The lady at the desk couldn’t speak any English. Left without my food. Will not be returning to the Trimble location very disappointed!

It was good overall, except for the beef. There were too many tendons. I'll try a different one next time...

This location was great, quickly helped us get our order and it was very good. The carnitas were very good and my wife had the new Tofurizo. Great experience.

The best tortillas anywhere. They make great delicious burritos, and the service is always friendly.
