A blast from my past. I live in the south and only get pancheros when I come up north. I was pleased to see it in Columbia so I had to visit. Queso tastes just like I remember. I think they should grill the finished burrito after it’s bobed and rolled. I think that would add a little more texture to the tortilla.
I can only speak on the food, as I ordered from DoorDash.
I had a burrito with Cilantro Rice, Steak, cheese, lettuce, pico and sour cream with Nachos and Queso on the side.
First things first, I've never seen or had black nachos before. But the nachos were crispy and the queso creamy enough to stick to the chip, but not so thick as to be jelloish. Very nice.
The Burrito was also wonderful, the tortilla was not soggy...

Food is always spot on and fresh. Flavors of each ingredient are apparent. The tortillas are easier to bite through and not as chewy as their competitor's. I love most all meats, but if I'm being conscious of my triglycerides and chloresterol levels, I highly recommend the tofu. It's very flavorful and has a good consistency that's not always the case at other places.
