The food is good at Panera and the staff is friendly enough; however, they seem to have a problem with accuracy at this location. They made my order to go when I requested dine in, they forgot a pecan braid (luckily I checked the bag before I left...no boxes were checked to indicate anyone had verified the items), and they got my name wrong. The store was very slow at the time (was literally the only one there when I made the order), so it's not like the staff was under stress or anything. Management may want to look into order accuracy and attentiveness.

This Panera is the slowest Panera. For a while they only had a couple of employees, so I gave them grace understanding them being short staffed. Now, they have more staffed and orders still take forever. Today I saw at least 6 workers, and I still waited 25 minutes for an order consisting of items pulled from the bakery area (nothing needing to be cooked or assembled). Every time we go, we have extremely long wait times. Other paneras in town don’t seem to have this issue, even tho those paneras appear to be more busy than this one. Please fix this Paner!

Horrible service. No employees were available at the register and the kiosk did not have the pastry I wanted. I asked an employee who did not only ignore me but was extremely rude to me. These are some helpless, useless people.

Ordering was fast, getting our food was very slow. The delivery system is a mess. We ordered one coffee, a scones and an americano. The americano took o er 10 minutes. Too much talking and not enough working orders.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The line of people sitting around waiting for breakfast was ridiculous. If you need it quick, don’t bother. And I even ordered ahead on the app and waited 25 min past my pickup time. They need to either hire more people or hire people who actually want to work. Everyone behind the counter was sluggish, slow, and you could tell did not care how long it took to get you your food. This is a quick service restaurant, however, you would receive your food faster if you went to any of the other sitdown, restaurants nearby and ordered. There are so many college kids just down the road wanting to work. I can’t believe that they don’t have a better staff. Hire more people and hire better people Panera. Sheesh.

Very slow. If you order on the app they mark it as ready, but it is not. It’s taken us 10 minutes just to get a cup off coffee many times. This Panera has always been the slowest in town by far!
Update. They sometimes have the cups out for self service. So I’d go up in my review except they closed the dinning room with no notice. So you placed your order ahead it gave no notice on the app. So you’d have to go through drive through.
Update: still often behind. They put a post it note “up to an hour wait”.

This place sucks but you can use it to your advantage if you have a MyPanera account. Every time you order online, the order is late, and a reward is added to your account because of it. You get an email that says “your order is running behind. We’ve just added a reward to your MyPanera Account to make things right.” Now, since I have ordered online 30+ times and not once has an order been on time, the rewards stack up. Because of this, most of my meals are discounted because of half-off or $2-dollar-off rewards.

To offset the inconvenience of the order actually being late, just place the order for pickup and set the time for about an hour before you actually want to pick it up. If you wanna pick it up at noon, order for pickup at 11am.

This Panera makes the best French Dip sandwich. That is exactly what I ordered today. It is 9am. There is no drive thru anymore. The cashier literally rolled his eyes when I requested the French dip. Seriously?! It isn't like he has tonprepare it or they aren't offering it in the mornings. I will drive across town to never deal with him again. He rolled his eyes to my face about my order. He had no name tag that I could see on his person or I would post it as well.

I've had so many bad experiences with the ridiculous wait time, missing items, and wrong items that it is now my fault for continuing to go to this location. My latest experience was an online breakfast order. Only got 5 of 6 bagels, no tub of cream cheese, and green Goddess Avo was missing the avo spread and tomatoes. No reimbursement or substitute or contact if the were out of items. I have waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes after they took payment and I ordered half a cold sandwich and half salad. Tried to get refunded so I could go somewhere else but it's like the person forgot or went on break. I've got plenty more examples and know others who have had similar experiences. This is a poorly run and managed location. The other locations seem fine and I haven't had issues. This location needs a management change.
