I ordered a salad and told the salesman I needed gluten-free. He told me about the side of apples, but did not tell me the grain in the salad was wheat. The bad choice gave me a bad belly ache!

I am absolutely furious by how disrespectful and unprofessional this Panera's service has been today.
I placed a delivery order at 11:30 a.m.. I received a delivery notice at 12:20 p.m. that my food arrived. I could not find my order I began trying to contact Panera multiple times and was hung up on and unable to leave a message everytime. I finally had someone pick up after about 30-40 minutes of calling nonstop. This person was extremely disrespectful did not help at all. She told me they use door dash or grub hub which is not specified on their website whatsoever. She told me she would call door dash and call me back. I never received a call back. I then began the cycle of calling again over and over again. It is now 2:00 p.m. and I have no food, no refund, and no communication. I am extremely upset.

I ordered a pick 2 creamy chicken and wild rice soup and a spicy southwest chicken sandwich. I did delivery since I'm only 5 mins from their location. I didn't get the creamy chicken and wild rice soup, I got chicken noodle. The spicey chicken was Luke warm and barley had anything other than chicken and 2 cornels of corn. Plus when you choose delivery all menu items go up in cost. Which I would think would make the amount of food go down but it did. Total disappointment. I also did "free delivery" over 25 with a coupon. Still got charged 1$ delivery fee.

Ordered an online pickup and it was 15 minutes late. The person preparing food was also actively using his phone. Try another location if you have the ability to drive, the one at Columbia Mall was punctual and clean the last time I visited.
The floors are filthy, the counters are unwiped, and the men’s bathroom smells horrible. Overall this location is disgusting and needs new management. I love going to Panera breads however, after this experience I might have to find another restaurant to frequent. Horrible experience, please do not waste your time visiting this Panera breads. :(
