Completely hit or miss, usually depending on the music. It's a fun place for the college and near-college age crowd but it can get sloppy for anyone outside that. Drinks are usually good and the deals are great; if you just want loud music and a fun night of drunk dancing without any expectations, it's tough to beat. Just be sure to bring a friend or two.
Thursdays are the only reasonable night to go here, for bottomless cup. The majority of the Roxy's crowd is unbearable so I like to go when they open, when not as many people are there, down drink after drink and leave before the dance floor fills up. $10 includes the cover, bottomless cups, and access to all levels. Bartenders are always attentive and it's easy and fast to get drinks.
