I'm in from out of town and came in for dinner with my brother, SIL, and niece. We waited almost 5 min to be seated. Then after being seated waiting a minimum of 15 minutes before finally leaving because no one ever came over to even take our drink order. As we left two waitstaff were at the front on their phones! Came down around the corner to Applebee's and was seated immediately and waitress came over immediately. We do not recommend dining here after the lack of service they have to offer!

Our server informed us he was new but Matthew was fantastic and took great care of us and all the staff is always smiling and nice. Food was great and we got a great deal!

The salad bar was not fresh. Lots of items empty. The apple salad was brown. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the breading was so thick and falling off in chunks. Husband and daughter ordered cheeseburgers. Both had an odd taste. Service was really slow. No refills offered on water. Daughter ordered raspberry lemonade. Took 25 minutes to get that.

The food was pretty good today and the wait staff was friendly and courteous with just the right amount of service not hovering but there if you needed them.

Absolutely disappointing. My husband had the sirloin, my daughter the ribeye and I the chicken mac n' cheese bowl. For appetizers we has fried cheese and nachos. Appetizers were lacking for the price we paid for them. The chips we stale and cheese was bland. Fried cheese tasted frozen. The sirloin was super chewy and flavorless. The ribeye was a better, not as chewy but still lacking in flavors. My chicken mac n'cheese was horrible. It came with 3 tiny pieces of chicken on top and the cheese was pooling at the bottom watery-like. Thin and powdery tasting. My husband also got a side of mac n' cheese...it was just like mine though I paid $16 for my bowl and he got half that amount for $2.50. I didn't try my daughter's mash potatoes but she was completely discussed by them...a girl who loves mash potatoes normally. In all, we spent $80 (before tip) and felt completely ripped off. We will never go back here.

Firstly, the waiter messed up our drink order...ok we had 10 people in our group, I can forgive that. However, I ordered the trio with ribs, shrimp and chicken strips. I asked if I could substitute the chicken for shrimp. That was fine he said. My boyfriend ordered a Ribeye, well done. Meals were brought out. My plate was full of chicken. No shrimp. I told the waiter and he made it right. My boyfriend's steak...well let's just say it was a sirloin cooked med rare. Then, after getting home, I threw up everything I ate. Not a great experience! I just hope this isn't an experience that others have. I've eaten at Ruby Tuesday's other locations and have never been dissatisfied. This time I was!
