I would rate the food but I never got it:( I had two different dashers assigned to my order and sonic was just refusing to acknowledge them and make my food i paid for.

To 20 minutes to get our roast food and then when he came out with the food my burrito was filled halfway and no cheese it was just dried up gross egg around our balls of sausage

Not happy that I ordered on a walk up kiosk and pressed the button. Several minutes later realized that the kiosk I went to was broken….the workers who walked by several times mentioned nothing about it being broken. I went to another kiosk and waited about 3 minutes before anyone answered. It took AT LEAST 15 minutes before I got my medium Dr. Pepper with strawberries snd cream…left and realized I didn’t even get the cream I paid for in my drink.

I ordered chick strips and fries husband ordered a BLT. Ugh I could not eat the Fries where so stale.....old....they was chewy. Chick was fried to long. Husband BLT was so much sauce on the lettuce he could not find the one piece of bacon. So disappointed.......

Literally EVERY time I come here there is something missing from my order or something is made wrong. Last time they forgot the fry in my kids meal. Before that they screwed up my burger entirely. This time they ran out of lemonade so instead of asking if I wanted something else, they changed it to a limeade and figured that was alright.

Every time I come to this location, it's always an issue either. They make the wrong food or they make the food with nothing on it or they don't bring you your condiments or you have to push the button 5 × 2 get an answer. And then They want you to be patient after you've been here for 35 minutes already while they try to remake your food correctly. Terrible experience every time at this location

Short wait the onion rings were a bit over cooked but all in all it was a good visit
Inexcusable. I preordered on the app. Should’ve been ready when I showed up. No other customers were there. I sat for 25 minutes. Finally I asked where my order was. They asked for my name like I wasn’t in plain view of the kitchen window. And I know for a fact I confirmed my stall number when I got there on the app. Apparently it was done 20 minutes ago. The burger was cold and the shake was melted. When I pointed this out they just said “ok” and went back inside to dance and goof off. Never go here.

Service is normally a 10/10 but ‘Corn Dog’ cutting me off mid-sentence to yell “IS THAT ALL?” every time I said something really threw me off. It was so rude and abrasive for no reason- I only ordered 2 drinks and 2 snacks and he cut me off to bark “IS THAT ALL” every single time I spoke. It’s not like I was prattling on or anything, I mean I couldn’t even get out a “with marinara sauce” before getting yelled over for the fifth time. Corn Dog was just really off-putting.

The overall experience at the place is good, but there’s room for improvement in terms of employee screening. Some of the past employees I encountered had a strong odor of alcohol and marijuana.
