We went for the 99 cent Sonic deal on the 6-inch hot dogs tonight and did not get three of our hot dogs that we ordered however we spent $23 and got all of our full price items and then when I called the manager to explain I was missing three hot dogs I was told that if I didn't want to drive back across town tonight I didn't have to but I could just come another time and pick them up so I get nothing for being inconvenience and having to cook something else for these kids for...read full review
This sonic is terrible about making cherry limeades (diet) correctly. Every cherry limeade is supposed to have a wedge of lime and a cherry. 50% of the time I order here, there is no cherry and no lime. I have called the manager and he has assured me that yes, a cherry and lime wedge should be in each drink. He gave me a free one that time since I called which was nice. Food was not fresh at all. Popcorn chicken was dry as sand. The "new" chicken slingers seemed like they were sitting out since lunch time. The tater tots were cold. I typically get sonic from the location near lake of the woods and its always fresh and great. This on on southside needs to take some notes. Not good at all.
