Over a 20 minute wait for 2 corn dogs, large fry and a small chicken bite. This business is going to go under if the franchise owner does not step in and take some action. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff aren't paying attention. I ordered for 2 adults and 3 kids. I told them consistently to put extra ice in my tea. I said it like 5 times because they didn't put it on the receipt so I didn't see on the screen that it had extra ice.
Big surprise, when my cup had barely any ice in it so now I don't get to chew on my ice like I always do after a meal.
One of our meals didn't arrive with the rest of the food, a 5 piece chicken strip meal. Then when I told them that I didn't get it, they brought me a 3 piece.
And then it was after they fixed it, I realized I had almost no ice in my cup. And I don't even want to deal with these workers and ask for my ice that I ordered. Yall are ridiculous and I don't want to come here again.

Only 2 cars here waiting on order, after 20 minutes of waiting we hit the button again and they just never answered but we could see 3 people inside having a good ol time hanging and chatting. Don’t waste your time or money here because clearly they don’t want it. If u didn’t wanna serve us the 3 items order just say that instead of having us sit outside and never speaking to us again.

Night shift sonic cooks was terrible. 930pm Saturday feb 8. Only 2 customers, food took 15minutes, I ordered large fries, was half filled. Basically gave me a small. I ordered the new double smasher, I got a old crusty burger, old patties, and it WAS NOT smash patties. Had a sour taste. Hope those workers get fired.

A total of 2 cars in parking g lot sat at the drive thru intercom for 9 mins with no answer so I pulled into a bay. Ordered my food. Been sitting 23 more mi s as of right now and still no food. I have hit the button again and now no answer.

I come to this Sonic fairly often, as it’s the closest one to my house, my wife loves the sweet tea and because it’s marginally better than the new McDonald’s.
Every. Single. Time.
My order is wrong. There is always something missing, or made incorrectly. I cannot help but feel the staff does not listen or read orders. The turnover rate there is astounding. I can’t express how frustrating this is. I can absolutely understand if it was a now and again thing, but the fact that it’s consistently wrong absolutely blows my mind.

Friendly female voice to take our order tonight shortly after 6 pm. She repeated back the order accurately. The order was brought to our car by Henry. There were only 3 cars on our side of the building. Henry first took our order to another car who had just placed her order. Even after she told him it wasn't her order, he stood there trying to figure out why she didn't accept it. I finally called out my window to him that that is MY order. My next mistake was NOT checking in the bag for what he read off as my order. Upon arriving home, I found that the order of tater tots was NOT in the bag with the footlong coney. The drinks were correct and the Sonic burger combo was correct with onion rings. The burger patty was completely cold as if taken from the frig and dressed on the bun. I was very disappointed in the temperature AND the taste. * I would advise all customers to check their order themselves. Check for yourself rather than listen to the one making the delivery as they list what they supposedly delivered.
Parking: Once again, take time to review your order for accuracy while the delivery person is standing there at your car. Do not wait until you get home. If you do, you may be very disappointed as I was. No one wants to pay for food they did not receive!

This is the slowest Sonic in the country. I've been here several times, and I always wait 20-35 minutes. The crazy part is it's not that busy when I've visited this location, and they're still incredibly slow. Pro tip: After waiting 20 minutes, your name will disappear from the screen. It's ridiculous that I know that from several experiences.
To make matters worse, when I got home, I realized that they got my other wrong. So I was overcharged.

TLDR: 45min wait for 2 blasts and a cold pretzel and no spoons. Will not return to Sonic.
Maybe 10 cars were there when we arrived. I placed a mobile order and we waited. Was not really concerned with the wait at first, as cars were served I could hear them apologize for the wait. Things happen I get it. We're at 30min now and I see all the cars before me leave and then a couple cars after me. I give it another 5 min and then ask if they have an update. I'm told they just started it. Okay cool, shouldn't be much longer. Wrong, I wait another 15min before receiving my order without spoons, short a straw, and no apology. The pretzel was COLD. 45min for a cold pretzel. If it's going to be cold then give it to me in 5, like what are we doing here?
Incredibly frustrating experience and honestly do not think I can give another dollar to this brand after it.

Every single time we go to the Sonic they mess up our order and they leave things off. They don't answer their drive-thru. And when you call to try to rectify the situation they don't answer the phone.

Door dash driver here.. they take FOREVER to answer the intercom and to bring out food. Have waited 30 minutes before to get food for my delivery. This seems to be in issue at night, not sure why.. but this needs to be fixed because it affects how I make money. I could complete another 2-3 orders in the time it’s take them to bring out food.
