Good food nice servers recently got home with my food and didn't have the right food i ordered a footlong chili cheese dog and got home i had a crappy little burger with mustard or something on it

So I understand i showed up at closing but I had placed my order half an hour beforehand online, so when I get there, they come out they hand us a bag, it's missing over half the food we're supposed to get. And then when we say something about it instantly, they want to look at us. And so where'd the other food go? Like, we stole it which I don't understand. It was definitely one of the worst fast food experiences that i've had

One of these days I will learn not to go to this store. Maybe it’s today. The amount of times I have waited over 20 minutes after checking in for my order is crazy. And they weren’t even busy.

Waited 15 minutes after ordering , while only one person in the parking lot, but didn’t mind because I would rather have fresh food. Was given cold, hard, rubbery tenders. Old fries and tots, and a burger that looked smushed and sloppy. Was definitely given food that was sitting in the warmers for AWHILEE. Went back, told cashier Angelo we simply wanted a refund, he wasn’t too enthusiastic about that and didn’t care to be understanding for the inconvenience. I am not a Karen, but I guess there are reasons for the empty parking lot and 1 star reviews. I encourage you to try the other locations in town,

All we had ordered was slushies and a soda. We've waited 30 minutes and they have told us they're on their way twice, marked order as complete. Not complete.
Aden the assistant manager was extremely rude after we waited for over an hour for our food and proceeded to be mouthy and unprofessional as we were pulling away after he shut the drive threw window in my face when we were talking to him.

Amber packed my order very well (route 44 drinks opposite of each other so the weight doesn't topple them), had all the sauces in the bag exactly as indicated on the receipt, and overall it was just a good meal. The customization on the drinks brings soda to another level and their mobile app is very worth it for the deals
