It is very difficult for us to go out to eat locally with my gluten allergy. This was our first time eating here but DEFINITELY won't be the last time. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcome, even when they found out I had a gluten allergy. Everyone was so nice and several staff, including the owner and his wife, talked to us about my allergy. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Large dining area with a pool table as well. I got the pound of ribs with collard greens and potato salad. Truly everything was delicious and home cooked. Ribs were juicy, collard greens were cooked to perfection, potato salad was made with love. A great eating experience!
Ordered the fried chicken, fried fish, and hamburger. KFC isn't good enough to polish this place's shoes. Be patient they maybe out of items, but whatever they have on hand you'll love. Somebody pleas try the j*** chicken, they were out when I was here.
