Standard Starbucks, what makes this place stand out is the amazing gentleman who works the drive-thru window often. I'm not sure his name but he sometimes wears a cowboy hat. He is so amazing. Always kind, always smiling, and welcoming you and all your questions while still providing excellent service and keeping the drive-thru line moving quickly. What a great asset he is to this place and I am grateful that he is there when I come by he always makes my morning better!
I am a currier and I went into the store and waited patiently and was ignored. My drinks sat there, no one asked me why I was standing there. After the put the drinks in the bag I had to ask for the bag instead of them giving me any attention. Just kinda rude for starbucks.
I have been going to this location for years. I sometimes avoid it when they're super busy, but today I went on in and waited to order until it calmed down. It's Mizzou homecoming weekend so they were packed with a crowd inside, a never ending drive thru line, and had to turn off mobile orders. They were understaffed, but working so hard to keep up. They ended up locking the doors and only doing drive thru orders. People cleared out pretty soon after, but they didn't...
