I'll preface by saying I've never complained about service anywhere before and in the grand scheme this may be trivial. That being said, this location in particular has had consistently uninviting and frankly quite rude employees/customer service. Once or twice is whatever, but when it happens the majority of the time, I feel like there probably is an issue with who is working there. I feel like there's been maybe 1 employee who has been at all kind, he was nice enough. Just food for thought for management, because if someone is already having a bad day, it does nobody justice to feel uncomfortable when they're trying to get food. This all being said, please be kind to workers even if they are unkind to you.

Subway is really good except for that it had gotten really expensive for three people is over $40 for sandwiches. The prices are outrageous.

They messed up my order!!! First off, they missed protein. Both of the workers, were talking super quickly…at first I thought either they’re mute or under some threat. They also forgot to bake my bread, extremely dull behavior!!

Tired of getting coupons in the mail and notifications from the app that aren't able to be used at this location

Would give a zero if I could. I was there 5 -10 minutes, with 2 employees in front of me making sandwiches. It seemed obvious they had a large order, but not once did they acknowledge I was there, make eye contact or anything. I watched them complete an assembly line of sandwiches. Then 2 more... then 4 more. Had they said, I'm sorry we have a large order, I would have understood and either choose to wait or go somewhere else. Or maybe they should have put a closed sign up if they didn't want to take on any other order. Regardless their silent rudeness is enough for me to not go back. I know they don't care, but maybe upper management would like to know.

Sandwitch artist was pretty rude, trying to rush us along without really listening to what we wanted. Gave us no time to really think about what we might want. She spoke quietly and fast at the same time so it was difficult to hear her on top of everything else. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for the past two years, but after today, I’m done for good. The person behind the counter was incredibly rude—making faces at me like I was an inconvenience and refusing to speak up clearly when I couldn’t hear him. When I politely asked him to repeat, he rolled his eyes and mumbled even more.

There was zero respect, no basic courtesy, and definitely no customer service. I’ve never been treated this poorly at any restaurant, let alone one I’ve loyally supported for years. He didn’t just lose a sale—he lost a long-time customer. I won’t be returning, and If management doesn’t care about how their staff treats people, they don’t deserve your business.

This used to be my go to sandwich place because the food was good and using coupons made it very affordable, so I would eat here multiple times a week. However, they stopped taking coupons and no longer allow me to order the sandwich I like so theres no reason to go here. The coupon thing isnt even a corporate thing, its just the owner being greedy, so even if you specifically want subway go to a different one. To be fair with the sandwich thing (you cant choose any sandwiches with roast beef or bacon on them), i checked 1 other store in columbia and they had the same sandwiches marked unavailable but this has been going on for a long time.

Horrid experience. Employees had no care about the restaurant and service. Took 16 minutes to get two sandwiches (I was only one in restaurant), also employees messed up my order by not looking down at what he was grabbing. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Pathetic operator. Only accepts coupons on weekends to avoid losing any extra money. Scrounging for every penny they can find. Prices are ridiculous. Yet staff were polite and studious. Btw the coupon thing is not corporate just that operators decision.

Subway has and keeps going downhill. Prices go up but portions and quality go down. I remember getting a decent sandwich for a decent price but now it's an overpriced disappointment.
