I am posting this review as a follow up to my google review from approximately 3-4 weeks ago. Someone from TR commented to my review that they wanted to follow up with me and asked for me to connect with their team by submitting a note to their contact us page on the website. I did this and have heard nothing!

Today was Groundhog Day at TR. My husband and I decided to try TR tonight for dinner, which we hesitated at after our last experience where we sat for over half an hour to be acknowledged at our booth right by the bar by any staff member. Tonight we were seated, our really nice waiter greeted us and took our drink order. He came back got our food order while delivering our drinks. Within five minutes my husband got his salad and I got my cup of chili a few minutes following. Someone brought more rolls which we didn’t need and our waiter refilled our drinks without us asking. Then we waited. And waited, and then waited with our meal never arriving. Our waiter came by a few times and said it should be out soon and then we didn’t see anyone for a while. At about an hour after placing our order (steak and ribs for each of us), our waiter came by and said he was going to see what was going on and get a manager. We were done. She stopped in, cleared the order and apologized. Seriously like WTF. We were a table for two. Now mind you we ordered cow and pig, but all stuff that is not out of the norm. I even asked for my steak to be medium rare so takes less time. I am just shaking my head and not sure that I will ever step foot in TR Columbia again and we have been very regular customers for years. When she saw that our food was just gone You should have ordered the kitchen staff to drop our order down again immediately before even consider going to talk with us. But instead you just delete our ticket and say sorry. I have worked in food service several times in my working years and if there was ever a mistake like this, the order would have been cooking again before going to apologize

I ordered a grilled chicken salad ate many many of these always very good until this week! First off the blue cheese dressing was extremely runny thin like water. No longer put cheese or bacon bits on their salad just carrot egg tomato and onion and a burnt piece of chicken for $15 seems kind of ridiculous used to be so good in flavorful

I got a kc strip. I normally get the cheapest option the sirloin. But this time being that we went out on valentines day I wanted to splurge a little. Well I wasn't impressed. My steak was dry and flavorless. My husband's meal was decent but small portion. The rolls were still doughy. Our waitress was o k. She was behind on filling drinks and checking on us. I'm not sure why but I think Jeff city location has better food.

Our server, Sarah, was awesome. I asked about a senior discount that was offered via the internet. Server was unaware of the discount and called over the manager. She had a snotty attitude about not allowing one-would have been $2.80. But she's the owner's daughter, so reckon there won't be anything done. Just a warning-have a concern? Don't call the "farmer's" daughter!!

Always love going to Texas Roadhouse! Only problem tonight is the cook mixed up the doneness of our steaks! Better luck next time!
The food was amazing and the service from other waitresses and getting us checked in was amazing. The 4 star is just because of the service from our waiter. When giving us our food he dropped the spoon the our mac n cheese on the floor and said he would be back with another one (never came back and had to ask another waitress for a spoon). Also only checked on us when it was time for our ticket.

I had an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse! I ordered the 8oz sirloin, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was top-notch. Our waitress Aubri was absolutely fantastic—fun, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. She kept us laughing and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for great food and an even better time, this is the place to go! Can’t wait to come back!
