Ever since this place reopened they have been terrible. More than half my orders have been messed up and the staff are generally rude. Iām more shocked when I get a nice employee. Itās almost funny that theyāre already functioning this poorly.

Extremely disappointed with this location this evening. My wife and I visited for dinner at about 8 oāclock and went in since the drive thru seemed to be backed up. After waiting for a few minutes at the counter (the lobby was empty), someone finally approached the counter to take our order. I didnāt get his name as there was no name tag or receipt given. A special order drink had to be remade as we specifically asked for no ice. Upon receiving our bag, I asked about the chili and he looked at me like I was a fool and said he didnāt know I ordered it. I reminded him we had just placed our order less than five minutes before and we were the only people inside. He went to the kitchen, returning with a bowl of chili that I literally had to wipe clean the outside of it before placing it in our bag. He seemed peeved when I asked for a spoon. He then sharply asked if I wanted crackers and I politely declined to which his response was sharp to say, āThatās good, cause we donāt have any anyway.ā Upon returning home, we ate dinner to discover the tomatoes on our sandwiches were not very fresh and the chili was extremely overcooked with only one piece of meat. Most likely, I will not return to this location even if it is closest to my home.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. That I liked. The food. Well. Probably not so good. Fries were old and not hot. Burger tasted like a sponge. Nuggets were old and cold.
But. The staff was good. And the sprite was good. So five stars ! Not your fault you have to cook what ya have and let it sit there and get cold.

They are the slowest place in town to get food from. The employees are not very friendly either.
Donāt have midnight as your close time if I show up at 11 for food and they close and give you attitude that Iām showing up at that time because they donāt want to be open

After a 12hr shift I stopped to get some fuego fries and then stopped at target to get my husband some medicine so it took a min to get home well let's just say there was more fuego seasoning then fries I should of took a picture it was horrible and I tried to call the store and surprise no answer no wonder this Wendy's get such horrible reviews. If the cashier can't take good enough care of themselves to have teeth they sure ain't gonna take care of my food. I'll never be back to this location.
