This location appears to be having staffing issues at the moment. Long lines and wait at lunch today. Another issue, too, but I prefer to discuss that privately. The food was good, though.
sat in line and extra long time to be told that I was waiting for spicy chickens to come up out of the out of the cooker.... just to find in my bag while I was driving away on my way to Moberly a hamburger which I only ordered chicken and the spicy chicken I got was nowhere near hot which means it didn't just come out of the cooker and I asked it for it mayonnaise only it had nothing on it. I wish this was the first time I've had problems with this particular Wendy's
They are very short staffed and can’t removed their promotional signs due to not enough employees.
So if they can’t take down a sign or honor the offer what else are they not able to do?
Are their employees getting breaks? Can they even stop to use the restroom?
Can’t even call to say something. I’ve been on the phone waiting for over a hour.
