Next week is senior week. Wondering if you can do anything special for those seniors coming in if they show their Student id or something? And/ or give them a shout out on your sign ?

Received a RAW spicy chicken sandwich in the drive thru. Got home & emailed the manager, who responded, but failed to send the coupon for a replacement sandwich. Still waiting two months later, even after reminder emails. Wouldn’t even give 1 star for this experience. Will never return to this location.
Wendy’s On Clark Lane Columbia MO.... Our order got mixed up but I’ve not had better service ANYWHERE else in a long while. Many employees would have been bitter but everyone there had a smile on their face and made the visit more than enjoyable! The food was by far the best I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s and when we were leaving my son accidentally dropped his drink and a few employees that worked there quickly had it cleaned up.
