Just had a Fajita Quesadilla and 2 onion&cheese enchiladas and loved it! I worked at Habanero's in Lee's Summit and the enchiladas are very similar at half the price!
Excellent for a dinner stop along the highway, especially if you have a hankering for Mexican food! Chips and salsa are complimentary. Chips are thin and crispy. Salsa is fairly mild but flavorful and served in a small carafe with several bowls so you can spread it around the table if you have a large group. I thought that was a nice touch.
