They forgot my sauce. I ordered the chicken strips. That’s the biggest thing in the menu that requires sauce and they forgot it. For a chicken strip meal. I don’t see how a restaurant could make this grave of a mistake. My child died because of this. Thanks Freddy.
Employees at front counter are always very nice and attentive.Today Drew Foster was the cashier and was extremely friendly and made kind remarks about the jr high group we came in with . Helpful with redeeming points in my app as well!We regularly visit this location because food is always hot and good.

I went here the other day for the first time in a while, and it took me 25 minutes to get through the drive thru, with only 4 cars in front of me. The employees aren’t necessarily bad at all, they get their job done but they don’t really have an emotions. And I was just getting a hot dog too, and I love their hot dogs, just wish it was faster.
Worst experience ever tonight. Got there at 8:35pm being the only person in line in the drive through. My order was taken right as a pulled up then i pulled to the pick up window where i paid and got my drinks. Then i sat there for 20 more minutes before I was talked to again and given my food. The two cooks ( a girl and a guy) were messing around through the window and the two guys at the front disappeared for a good 10 minutes. Again i was the only one there and ordered a KIDS MENU. After my food was ready, the cooks put it into a bag and just let it sit in front of the window! can u not just hand it to the customer, rude!! the guys comes back and hands me my food after it sat there for 5 minutes. food was cold and disgusting. these employees need more customer service training because it makes me never want to come back there again. it's truly annoying how people think they can treat customers this way and give them cold food. my visit was on 12/11 at 8:35.

This is the BESTTTTT Freddy’s. I waited 1.5 years to write this to look for consistency. The owner I have meant on multiple occasions and he cares deeply about this place. He hired and trains high quality people. The food is always HOT and fresh! One time I had issues with the app and it wasn’t taken the receipt code for my points. They contacted corporate. It took a few days to figure out but they went above and beyond. This is the only Freddy’s we go to in STL.

I had a serious Freddy's habit that I thought I'd kicked, but apparently not. Solid smashburgers (that are also steakburgers). You can get better, but not at these prices. Unless you have a time machine or you can find a Steak 'n Shake that is still open and isn't phoning it in. The service is always quick and cheerful. Typical Freddy's decor. I should take a star off since they sometimes have trouble keeping the dining room clean and tidy, but the burgers are too tasty and you really have to adjust your expectations in this modern labor market.
