No point in putting in orders ahead of time for pickup. Had a 6:45 pickup and waited FORTY minutes. Theu already had our money or we would have left. Unbelievable.

I tried going in tonight and the doors were locked with no reason as to why. It was within their operatimg hours, open sign was on and brick oven was even roaring. I get having to close in an emergency, but at least make your store look closed if your not open.

Extremely disappointed, Oder was supposed to be done at 1:31. 20 minutes later my pizza is just now going in the oven. Waste of my time and money. Next time I will be supporting a local small business pizza restaurant.

Only 1 person working on Sunday @ lunch. Didn't stay. Line was long, and the back order of pizzas waiting to bake was stacked with none in the oven.
My boys Sam and Conner got me hella right with a gas pizza the other day i hella appreciate their service and they should get a raise

The food is always good, but over the past several months every time we go in to order the service is so slow it's almost not worth going in to order...

Food is not an issue, fast food, moderately over priced. Pretty much a given. Atmosphere, take out. Not an issue.
Service, see where I am going. Was forced to give you a single star, at best. Let me be clear, after working from 5 am for 10 plus hours and then volunteering at a non profit organization rebuilding engines, I looked pretty dirty and the staff were less than willing to take my order. After waiting the response was we were busy with on line orders. Really, what happened to customer service. My money spent as well or better, until today. Mr. manager, notice the under case, no I wasn't ready to take a survey. Back to volunteer site. Might not be a bad idea to conduct customer service 101, since your team all failed. My hands my have been dirty, but my money spends just the same. Let's try and treat people as you would. And no I don't want a coupon ?

My family and I went into MOD Pizza in Cottleville, Missouri for dinner on September 7, 2024 at approximately 6:15pm. I had never been there before so I was excited to try a new place. There was a line and we waited patiently in line, looking at the menu to figure out what we wanted. When it was our turn we patiently waited, but no one acknowledged us at the pizza counter. I then said to my family I think we’re supposed to order over at the register so we walked over to the register and begin telling the girl behind the counter our order. The girl behind the register said, oh you’re supposed to place your order over there and pointed to where we just came from.
I told her I didn’t know that because no one over there acknowledged us so we came over here. At this point, she turned around and walked away from me and didn’t say another word to me and started helping with making another pizza for someone else as my family and I just stood there. We looked over and the couple behind us were already giving their order so we were going to have to stand in line again. At that point, I told my family no way we’re not doing that again let’s just leave. I did ask to speak to the manager before we left and told him how we weren’t aware we were supposed to order over on the other side and we’ve already been waiting in line and the girl just told me we needed to go back over there and order and walked away from us. She could’ve easily handled that better and told us oh I can take your order here no problem. The manager on duty didn’t seem to care either. My family and I left and will never go back. It was going to cost over $70 for 3 people to eat here anyway, not worth the money. Pizza and salad for three people should not cost over $70.

The only reason why this store got a star is because I couldn’t give it a zero in order to leave a review. I understand being short staffed, that’s why I wasn’t mad when I was told 15-20 minutes longer after my order was suppose to be done. However, 56 minutes later is absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t handle online orders shut it down and don’t allow them. Get a system so pizzas don’t get lost in the shuffle. The fact that multiple people who walked in 30 minutes after ‘promise time’ got their order before me is baffling.

did an online pickup- showed up when it said it would be ready, and ended up waiting over 40 mins for my order
Service was horrible. The wait times ridiculous. One of our pizzas had to be made 3 times. First one burnt, second one made incorrectly.
We were there 1 hour 20 minutes. Only 1 worker with 1 trainee. Don’t waste your time!
