Quality of the food has gone down tremendously. I used to love the Teriyaki chicken Now im trying to figure out if it's even chicken anymore. And sometimes I wonder if it's even all the way done.

If you are gonna charge premium price for this item, I want the broccoli and beef, not broccoli seasoned with 5 beef slivers.

Besides giving me to completely wrong order. This would be probably the 9th time this place has messed up my order/ i have gotten hair/ or they have forgotten something. Its an easy job lets do better

The honey walnut shrimp we have taken at this location is not cooked properly and it is very smelly and raw kind of thing and when we call no one will answer from this store, it is very bad to buy food at this location

Would give a 0 if I could. Waited at the drive thru for about 10 min before my order got taken, then proceed to tell me the only thing they have ready is orange chicken,noodles, and rice but I could wait 10-15 min for more. Food then took about 10 min after I said I would just get orange chicken and noodles but didn’t have time to wait for the other stuff. Employees were leaned up on the counters talking and hanging out as well, can’t imaging why the food took so long.
