The food was good. They were out of several things. The place was filthy. Trash cans over flowing. Soda station was sticky and gross. 2 employees, 1 from a different location, walked by the trash. Then went back to chatting with the workers in back. I was there 30 mins, 4 people left and no one came to clean the tables. Get it to go.
Got a bowl with the black pepper steak entree, which they charge $1.50 extra for. The entire bowl was about 95% fried rice with about 4 pieces of the steak that was burnt and gross.
Panda express is one of my favorites. This location lacks in a couple of places. Portion sizes are very small, anything put in their fryer turns out soggy (probably due to it not being hot enough). The orange chicken was flavorful, but again, small portions at this location. This has been a consistent thing at this location, so will most likely go to a different one if wanting panda.
I have ordered from the app twice now and haven't eaten in. The value for money is good. I find the fried rice to be dry compared to Chinese local restaurants. I think I will try the lo mein next time. Anyway the entrees are good mostly sugar chicken.
It use to be a great spot to eat,not now. We walked in waited 15mins for noodles, to only find out, they weren't cooked fully, and I had fried rice that was crunchy,not cooked fully ethere.

Feel that satisfied customers don't always take the time to leave a positive review, so decided I would.
Waited over 20 minutes after ordering in drive thru and being told to pull ahead because of one item, no warning it would be 20+. Eventually went in and saw 3 employees working while 5+ were in the back talking. Manager walked past me three times (even with me saying “excuse me” TWICE) and didn’t look at me as well as plenty of other employees. One lady spoke to me saying it would be ready soon but didn’t give me a chance to say I’d like to exchange it for something I could get without wait. The drive through person laughed when she realized she screwed up our order. Food was cold due to the wait as well. The chicken I waited on was slimey and rubbery and actually inedible.

They will have you sit in a 30 minute line and then when your going to order your food they say can you you give me just a second like I just gave you 30+

Slowest fast food place don’t go here for lunch
Best Panda Express I’ve had in years. Fried rice in particular was impressively good! Kudos to whoever made that!
My one issue is that every time i order in the app, i wait until my pickup time to come in…only to have to wait again because they have to make more of the food? like, cmon the app should be giving that early notice to make more of whatever I've ordered, yet I always find myself waiting another 10-15 minutes.

Ordered online. Food was not ready at given time. I waited an additional 15 minutes. The place was dirty and the staff was slow.
I ordered the noodles and was given more cabbage than actual noodles. Smh.
