Only one employee was working because the other two worthless people were standing around smoking and on there phone. Due to this my order was cold, and they missed 1/3 of the items ordered

The proportions are totally off, I ordered a bowl half fried rice and half broccoli. Like 3/4 was rice and the beef and broccoli that was in it was mainly broccoli (like 4 pieces of small meat), also the beef was weirdly pale like almost chicken and had a off taste to it. I’ve ate at many other panda expresses getting the same thing and they have never tasted or looked like the meal I got here,plusthis is the only panda I have been to where they don’t put mainly the entree in the bowls.

i ordered delivery i got a plate with sweet fire chicken and orange chicken it had no sweet fire chicken. i also got a 3 count rangoon and inside i find two and an egg roll thats not what i ordered they didnt even try to reach out and say they were gonna sub the last one. start double checking orders. i am a rewards member but if my food isnt gonna be right theres no reason for me to have it i doubt ill order again from this store.

Ate at the one on Mid-Rivers. They were busy, but no lines. Ordered the plate with chow mein and double entrée of orange chicken, Ordered a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken, a chicken egg roll and 2 small drinks (they serve Coke products)When I opened mine up noticed my plate with the double entrée had the same amount as the bowl with the single entrée. But was too late for me. I'll be paying more attention the next visit.
Last night, I decided to try out some Panda since I haven't been here in a while. Was ordering my food like normal, and the girl on the mic Estefania was cutting me off as I was speaking to try and rush me along. So rude and disrespectful! Like, I'm there to order food, and you rush me along like I'm a stray on the street.So long as she is working there, I will not be going there. 3/5 times I come here I can count on the teriyaki chicken being gone and no one cooking really disappointed due to dietary restrictions I’d also like to add everytime I go into the bathroom they are always dirty and there’s “water” on the floor
