Maybe I’m crazy. But why am I looking a butt cheeks while waiting in my smoothie? The dress code needs a little update

Great service and delicious smoothie. A couple of young employees that were super nice and friendly. Quick and easy checkout I got a green smoothie forgot the name and a strawberry one for my hubby. Def recommend the strawberry smoothie.

Ordered a mobile order. ETA is for 10-15 minutes. I get there in about 10 minutes. I walk in the door and do not see a single employee or my drink. When I walk in the door I see 4 people walk from the back and that’s when my order started being made. I choose to order from the mobile app so I can walk in and just grab my drink as that’s the entire point. A little frustrating and all I got was a “sorry we will make it now”

This is my least favorite location. There are always a bunch of kids working in here who are always playing around: my order at this location has never been correct and it always has to be adjusted. They do not seem to know basic information either- for example, why a reward won’t work (rules to its use) even if it is not listed as to why. If you want efficient , accurate and/or timely service, this is likely not the location to choose.

The young but extremely professional staff displays outstanding Customer Service. If they do not have the answer to your question... they will reach out to their more experienced team members. Logan, Riley and the others really do care that they give you exactly what you ordered!

Store hours posted until 9pm, my daughter walks in at 8:42 and is told by the young lady behind the counter that they have already put everything away; she was refused service. Very frustrating and I’m certain the franchise owners would appreciate knowing their employees are turning away customers.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Reilly and Logan. They were both so kind and helpful. You could tell that they really love their jobs! And they’re good at them! My smoothie was delicious! This is my favorite Smoothie King location and I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped in last night at8:00 and ordered the pumpkin power meal. I became concerned when the containers for the first 2 ingredients were nearly empty It wasn’t terrible but it was watered down with some pumpkin flavor but not much. In the past I’ve gotten nothing but high quality tasty smoothies
