As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Reilly and Logan. They were both so kind and helpful. You could tell that they really love their jobs! And they’re good at them! My smoothie was delicious! This is my favorite Smoothie King location and I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped in last night at8:00 and ordered the pumpkin power meal. I became concerned when the containers for the first 2 ingredients were nearly empty It wasn’t terrible but it was watered down with some pumpkin flavor but not much. In the past I’ve gotten nothing but high quality tasty smoothies

Ok so where to start. This is what I paid 13.70 today. Upon requesting to speak to someone about it I was told this is how it is filled. THIS IS NOT how they are to be filled. I get the bowl at least 1x a week from both my same location and different. This is NOT how full they are to be. The manager of the Cottleville location proceeded to tell me that this is how full they are supposed to be. That the base of it is supposed to be up to the crown with the fruit then filled on top. You can blatantly see in the picture that the base of the ball is not even to the top of the crown. They then would not hear me in stating that I would like to send this picture to them so that they could see how poorly their employee actually did what they are stating they should have done. They refused to do that or accommodate my request. They then told me that other places must not be following protocol by filling it as full as I'm stating that they do. As full as I've seen them be time and time again. Anytime that I've had an issue with one of these not being as full as they should be and I've approached the store, it has been remade. They've also apologized profusely and told me that it should be up to the edge. The manager of the Cottleville store then told me that the cost of the fruit and everything is becoming an issue so they are working on how to maintain that. Which includes putting less food in each bowl. Let me say that again, TO CHARGE YOU THE SAME BUT PUT LESS FOOD IN THE BOWL!! So they will continue to charge ppl 13$ for less than half a full bowl. DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Came in Monday, January 29 at around 3. Greeted when I came in. Blonde girl took my order. She was so nice and helpful. She recommended the pineapple surf with raspberries. It was so good. We had a nice conversation and she was able to answer all of my questions. I think her name was Ayden, it said so on the receipt. She convinced me to get a medium, and I’m glad she did. Definitely coming back and bringing my friends. Store was clean. Better than My experiences at most fast food chains.
Not a welcoming staff. Nobody greeted me or spoke. They always take forever to make drinks. Just go elsewhere honestly. Smoothie king great, just not this location. :(

Never consistent and they don’t ask about any smoothie modifications. Taste horrible and like basically nothing if you don’t get a certain kind and you don’t know which kind that is until you tried all the other tasteless ones
