Came in Monday, January 29 at around 3. Greeted when I came in. Blonde girl took my order. She was so nice and helpful. She recommended the pineapple surf with raspberries. It was so good. We had a nice conversation and she was able to answer all of my questions. I think her name was Ayden, it said so on the receipt. She convinced me to get a medium, and I’m glad she did. Definitely coming back and bringing my friends. Store was clean. Better than My experiences at most fast food chains.

Smoothie King is basically a daily habit for me. I really like the vegan mango kale and vegan espresso. The store is clean with friendly employees. There are places to sit and wait for your smoothie, even when it's super crowded.The parking lot can sometimes be super busy. With so many stores around, it doesn't surprise me.My experience with the mango kale here has been different. It doesn't taste the same as other locations. It's almost bland, which doesn't make sense. Also, the online order shows smoothies that aren't actually in stock. This location has run out of things but still have it advertised around the store. I was really liking the pumpkin smoothies, which is seasonal, but they've been out for several days. Last night they told me they stopped doing the pumpkin smoothies, which is fine, except it's still advertised all over the store. There's a huge chalk plaque that has the entire pumpkin menu. So, if you stopped doing something, why keep advertising it? It's just frustrating.The store is clean, the employees are nice, but it's not consistent.

Not a welcoming staff. Nobody greeted me or spoke. They always take forever to make drinks. Just go elsewhere honestly. Smoothie king great, just not this location. :(

Never consistent and they don’t ask about any smoothie modifications. Taste horrible and like basically nothing if you don’t get a certain kind and you don’t know which kind that is until you tried all the other tasteless ones
Grossssssss! The one word that comes to mind after visiting here on 4/19/22 at 7:00 and tasting my smoothie. What a shame my family comes here literally everyday because the smoothies are always so good. I actually just wrote a review for the 5th St location because my family visited that one two days prior. The smoothie was delicious but I felt bad for not coming to our usual Cottleville spot. You would think as much business as we gave this location they would get it right. My family’s smoothie’s were made by a employee I’m guessing… I wasn’t sure because she was in a black and purple baseball uniform with Sunglasses on chatting it up with her buddy! Then we witnessed her tell other people they were out of several items we had ordered in our smoothies so not sure what subs they used but you could taste the difference especially since we are in here everyday ordering smoothies. Whelp I guess I’m glad our smoothies were good over on 5th Street because that’s who will be getting my money everyday from now on. I don’t have 20 bucks to throw away everyday and that’s how bad they were tonight we had to pitch them all!!!

I ordered a blueberry smoothie, went to go pick it up, and it was white. Every time I go into just this store it is a different story every time. Sometimes it tastes good, sometimes it tastes bad, who knows how it's gonna go? It's a hit or miss every time!! I recommend going to the one on mexico or up the road to the one on mid rivers by red robin.

I hate to do this, because I love smoothie King and the employees seem nice. I know they're having big issues with staffing. I feel like this also effects training. I've been here a couple times and they either give me the wrong smoothie or it tastes wrong.Its worth the extra drive time to just go to the one on Chesterfield Airport Rd. That location is by far the best in all of St. Louis.
