Nonexistent management and consistently the worst employees I've seen at a fast food restaurant in the greater St. Louis area.
Avoid this place period.
We ordered online at 7:46 PM, and drove to the location at 8:10 PM. Drive thru guy acknowledged and asked us to pull up to the window. Every 10 minutes he comes and asks what is the name on the order. There were three cars behind us which were served and we are still waiting. Finally drove to the front of the location and saw that we could enter. When confronted that it has been 40 minutes, the guy says we are short staffed and we are still working...read full review
