Imo's is our favorite pizza but this time very disappointing. We chose to pick it up. The pepperoni pizza was overcooked and room temperature. It may have been from a canceled order. We ate it out of desperation so there's probably no hope for compensation. My advice is to check it out before you leave the parking lot.
