I am a massive fan of the St. Louis bred co vs Panera debate but you guys aren't fooling anyone. It has come to my attention that the costumers, US, are paying the wages of the employees (we already do everywhere else but this place draws the line). Picture this if you dare. YOU walk into the establishment, YOU go to a self order station or to the counter. Keep in mind this situation is even worse if you choose the self order station. YOU place your order. YOU pay for the food. YOU grab the drink/pager and pick a table. YOU go to the drink machine and fill up a drink (as of the time of this message do not drink the supercharged twin turbo or whatever the F they call it now lemonade, due to health reasons). YOU wait patiently for your food which can get to an ungodly amount of time. YOU go get your food from the counter once the pager rings. YOU carry everything back to your table with no help. YOU eat the food and when you are done YOU put the dishes in the proper spot. YOU don't bother cleaning up the table because you would think it's their job right, WRONG. After you are done working/eating you leave with a hole in your pocket and the option of adding onto that hole with a tip. For what you ask. I have no idea. This establishment has the audacity to ask for a tip when the costumer does everything. Oh wait I forgot, you guys put the silverware on the plate and the flip flop cookie is pretty good. Thank the lord for that.

Bought a gift card electronically for a family member and got myself a bonus electronic $10 in and email ... Came in to use it before Jan 1 and they told me it was only good after Jan 1 ( read the fine print...). Well by then it was lost in my email so no bonus for me. Frustrated.

They gave me a whole half of an unripe avocado in my chipotle chicken and avocado sandwich. The bathroom stalls don't lock, the lock and whole are uneven. They have the cups placed very awkwardly behind the order station so you have to reach over someone to get a cup.

Often times the coffee bar has empty containers, and when the staff are told, they act offended that they have been bothered. A couple of times, they've replaced it with lukewarm coffee and plenty of attitude.I guess it really is hard to get good help these days. ?‍♂️

They always, always have to mess up my order. Sometime they forget a topping, sometime they don't look at the customizations i have made for my order. Today, I had ordered a latte with only 2 servings of the sweetener, because their normal amount is way too sugary. But they won't be themselves if they don't mess up my order. I got an extremely sweet latte that i had to throw after just taking 2-3 sips. The worst customer service and the worst employees.

I placed an order online for a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich with added chicken.When I picked up food and got home, there was no chicken on sandwich. I called the store and talked to the manager and asked for the $3.00 refund that the add on chicken cost because they did not add it to the sandwich. She said she couldn’t refund it but I could either come back to the store for a new sandwich or she would send me a coupon for a free sandwich. I provided my address and a month later I still haven’t received a coupon.

Poetic Justice

The person who made my sandwich for my birthday that I paid $13.99 for either hates their job or hates me. I had 2 pieces of rock hard avocado that was not even fit for human consumption. I expect a response to my review and a replacement sandwich. DISGUSTING!
