I am a massive fan of the St. Louis bred co vs Panera debate but you guys aren't fooling anyone. It has come to my attention that the costumers, US, are paying the wages of the employees (we already do everywhere else but this place draws the line). Picture this if you dare. YOU walk into the establishment, YOU go to a self order station or to the counter. Keep in mind this situation is even worse if you choose the self order station. YOU place your order. Come into this restaurant if your favorite thing is being stared at, judged and talked about while you enjoy your meal. Food was okay, customer service was amazing. Helped me every step of the way.

Bought a gift card electronically for a family member and got myself a bonus electronic $10 in and email ... Came in to use it before Jan 1 and they told me it was only good after Jan 1 ( read the fine print...). Well by then it was lost in my email so no bonus for me. Frustrated.
