Staff are willing to provide “for here” glasses and cups. However, the drinks can be hit or miss; one customer ordered the Glenda pink potion but received the Elphaba one instead. The lobby always has trash on the floors, and tables are not kept up with, requiring a rag to clean them. Cleanliness is a continuous issue for a food establishment and study area. The workers work hard making difficult customized drinks for customers.
